Such a shame the Collectors didn't appear in the main campaign. You'd think the Reapers would throw everything they had at least by Battle of Earth, but it's the same shit you see in all the other missions.

They are mentioned in the battle of Palaven entry when you get the Krogan and Turians to cooperate.
