USC is right now playing like a top 10 team. It is very hard to win two hard games in a row. How many times did USC beat UCLA and then the next week beat Notre Dame on our schedule ? I know Pete Carroll did this but before Carroll, How many times did this happen ? You get up emotionally for a physical game one week, and how much do you have left in the gas tank the following week ? Pete Carroll did a very good job of controlling the players emotions so they just treated each game as another opponent. And to focus on that team that week. This coaching staff is the same way. They are strictly business. They keep quiet and do their talking on the field. And they keep their emotions in check. We have not won anything yet. It is still early in the season. The coaches and the players just need to keep getting better every day. It will play off later in the year all the hard work. And especially with our depth players coming into games to win us those games. We just need to keep working every day.
USC can stay at 11. Im cool with it. Bottom Line. USC just needs to keep winning. Everything will take care of itself. The South will always hate on USC. But no one I've seen so far this year scares me. We just have to keep grinding and getting better. Fight On✌🏾🏈
I really feel SC should be ranked number 5 in the country. Can anybody name 10 teams better than SC? I might name 4 but then again SC looks just as good as Texas. SC will smash Michigan, just like Texas did. Fight On Trojan Nation ✌🏽
I think we are good at 11 for now. I don’t think USC is on the same level as Georgia yet. Rankings will work itself, this team just needs to keep producing impressive wins.
Why isn't USC at the same level as UGA? There's nothing about the teams ahead of USC is unable to beat. That UGA level talk is just that, talk. The only reason why that talk exists is because of past achievements. As the season unfolds USC will be in the discussion as one of the top teams in the nation. If anything, the first four weeks have shown that when it comes to USC everyone is beatable.
We are at a great spot. It will work itself out. No rush. We have to prove ourselves. Our program has under performed for so long we have to make everyone forget about it.
Ranking only matter if you have losses on your record. We just need to keep focused on playing our best ball and winning out!! The rest will take care of itself ✌️🏈✌️
Good show USCJ! ✌😎✌ Going to be an exciting week getting ready to go to the Big House to start our B1G debut! Sure feels good to have confidence in our team and coaches to not only to show up, but to play tough on every play and have it show up as points scored and points denied to the opposing team! Right On & Fight On✌
Even now, "experts" are questioning the validity of USC and expressing views that USC beat less than standard teams so far. They also argue that Michigan is also sub-par and that USC is expected to beat them for that reason. The whole time prior to the season the talk was all about how USC was in over their heads with the schedule. I love seeing USCJ videos because here we talk real and believe in our team. Fight on!
Big J, what’s the word from half way across the Pacific Ocean? I’m on the way back from Hawaii and can’t be any happier about our amazing team. Fight on my man!
Salute to Christian what he is saying is exactly what I have been preaching for years. SEC is top heavy with a couple of really top squads but overall 70 percent of the SEC conference is sub-par & the schedule they get to play in the SEC with so many trash out of conference teams they play in between big games it should not be allowed to be on a schedule of any power 4 conference as those schools that are filler games in the SEC. In the SEC their is an overload of games for each SEC school every year that are such bad team they reall amount to nothing more than glorified JV 3rd string practice squads making the overall schedule of an SEC team the softest schedule in college football as they dont have to grind week in week out giving each school added rest periods. Christian is right on with his analysis. SEC as a whole Conference is grossly over rated.
Just remember USC J, 12-0. I've been calling that record for our Trojans since before the fall camp. To what I remember, I'm the first one to say it. It's not hype. It's based on the coaches and I've been basing it on the coaches even before the coaching analytics when you first talked about it. We have a top ten coaching staff on both sides of the ball.
I think USC should be ahead of Oregon they played and struggled against against Idaho and Boise State. They beat Oregon State but that is nothing to write home about. USC J out of these teams Rutgers, Nebraska & Penn State which would you say has the best chance of beating USC. Of, course it would be great if they defeated all 3 of them.
IAM GLAD YOU PUT RUTGERS ON THIS LIST BECAUSE I ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE THEY ARE A BUG TIME TRAP GAME. WE KNOW PENN STATE IS GOKD AND NEBRASKA HAS EMERGED AS A GOOD TEAM. HOWEVER, I BELIEVE PENN STATE HAS THE BEST PERSONNEL TO BEAT US, BUT I DON'T THINK WE WILL LOSE ANY GAMES. THE WAY WE'VE BEEN PLAYING
If you really look at the way college football is ran. It allows universities and I am not going to even talk conferences to play practice games to get ready for a real game. It's got change the way one is scheduled to start off game one with a top non conference power 5, yet others first 2 are against practice teams. What am saying is rankings shouldn't be allowed until at least the 5th week. I mean you have power 5'S still playing cupcakes for at least 3 weeks in to their schedule. It helps them get practice for their first real power 5, it's amazing that they're getting all this praise for what getting practice and more practice, while others have to be ready in week 1!!!! Mississippi hasn't played a power 5 yet, the great Alabama has had two weeks of more practice after, hell practice was supposed to be over. So yeah they're looking alright in their first real game against Wisconsin. Wisconsin looked as if they were still playing old school football and Alabama moved on from it
@@Chewy-1428 their defense is better than LSU’s. I suspect they’ve been sandbagging a bit once they realized they had no chance against the longhorns so as to not put anything on tape. Those wolverines will be firing on all cylinders next week especially with the run game and the short underneath passes to their big tight ends. They will look eerily similar to the Utah offense last year against us when they had the pig farmer at QB. We better be ready and not underestimate them and the power of the big house. Gonna be a heck of a game. Really worried about Miller throwing a pick six in this one.
how did the coaches poll move utah up after their 38-21 win over utah state when we shut utah state out ? Georgia plays bama so someone will lose . Even if USC beats Michigan Saturday I don't expect them to have a big significant jump.
Big J, I have to say it. USC can come into their house and like a big bully just take they lunch away from them. I think it will happen like that, the real deal J.
Michigan is gonna be a lot closer than expected. Lsu almost lost and isn’t as good as we thought. The Michigan defense is better than LSU’s. They aren’t showing much on film deliberately of course. Gonna be heck of a game.
Most definitely, i saw all the games you saw. Its scary, because third week in I saw some improvements, but overall, i see suspect QB play across the board. I thought Michigan showed a little improvement in there run game, but not enough to really put any scare into me. And Georgia, what was that, they completely exposed themselves. I thought Texas did their job. Both looked solid, but Im holding similar feelings as you. I want to remain humble here and not get ahead of things here, but we all see whats going on. Utah, wth was that? Not real impressive at all. Cant wait until next Saturday! Peace
So what happened to Cam Rising? Does this mean he can apply for another hardship and get an 8th year of eligibility? I tuned in after he was out. Wilson is average.
I know one thing, USC didn't get any practice for week 1 much less week 2 to week 3, we have to be ready while others are still playing practice games and their first game is week 4!!!!

It's wide open right now for the championship. Whoever is healthy, hot, has a QB, and defense is in the mix. Plus we have a QB and offense that's clutch from behind. Sometimes when you don't play good competition where you trade scores, well your balls kinda shrink in big games when you get punched in the mouth. Even the losing from last year and the work they put in to learn to win will pay dividends in tough games. Sometimes you have to lose before you learn to win. I think we're mentally tougher now than most top teams. They'll keep Georgia ranked high because they beat Clemson. Even though Clemson wouldn't let their QB throw down field after a couple misses. They were afraid to let him fail. So they surrendered in the first half. No way LR or Miller will ever surrender like that. I think there's at least 5 teams with better QBs than Georgia in the mix for a championship.
Kentucky's quarterback is simply not good. They win that game with a half decent QB no problem.....I think Alabama is going to take Georgia out next week....
