    材料:半只鸡,100克姜,20克黄姜,4根香茅,40克红葱头,5瓣蒜,半勺盐,1勺白糖,1碗清水,少许香菜
    做法:
    1)把鸡肉洗干净,其他材料切,搅碎备用
    2)热锅热油,爆香姜丝红葱头蒜末,再把搅碎好的香料也一起爆香
    3)加入鸡肉翻炒均匀,加半勺盐1勺白糖1碗清水大火煮开,转小火焖10分钟就可以出锅啦
    4)装盘摆上香菜,香喷喷的娘惹黄姜香茅鸡就做好了💕
