Ballscrew alignment step by step

Dear friends ,
I have seen so many ballscrew failed before achieving it's defined life. most of the cases it was observed that ballscrew not aligned. poor ballscrew alignment can be lead to damage ballscrew, ballscrew end broken, premature failure, bearing overheating etc.
it is must to check alignment after replacement of ballscrew , ballscrew bearing and periodically.
