you should ask your scooter guy what springs and shocks to get. Also to dial it in you would need to get the weight of the rider and your luggage. Since you deliver stuff it may hard to get it perfect.

Yea, it does mess with your back the long hours. I just check my posture, hydrate, and use the bathroom often. I take breaks to move the parts that hurt. A lot of people do not know its not just the shocks it the vibration that affects us the most when riding
