Nice one Ted, Do you ever worry about the RH jack leg being so close to the edge of the excavation and it falling in? I'm learning to take much smaller bites with the backhoe than you would with a 360 as its very keen to drag itself toward the excavation as you say. Keep posting the videos, its unique content - I'm learning a lot from it - and it takes ages to get the first 1000 subs. But the next thousand come much quicker I've found.
Thanks Ollie All depends on the ground how close I want to get to the edge sometime if I’m joining a trench up when you have to come from the opposite direction I don’t put the near side leg down and dig on the rear wheel so you can get over the centre of the trench more Hope that makes sense Ted
What made you go for a 4cx instead of a 3cx? I drove a 4cx when I used to work for my local council....had no end of trouble with the laser underneath for realignment of steering...you any bother with yours Ted?
An interesting and informative video. Very tidy work digging out that trench. Thanks for sharing 👍
Very smooth operating alot of knowledge too keep the videos coming
You are too much skilled , your team mates are freezing on the edge of the trench. Let them some dust to move to re-heat their bodies . 😉👍

Hi,
I’ve had to replace one of the sensors on the rear axle at 4000 hours apart from that it’s been a good machine
