Really? Elena was with him and supports him in his bad and good moments. Caroline abadoned him when he escaped from Rayna and when he worked for Cade to save her kids. Caroline said that she loves only a good part of him. Elena accepted both parts. I say this as Delena shipper from beginning of the show. I liked Caroline in season 1-3 now she is annoying person. When something bad is happening in her relationships with her boyfriends she always leave.

Stefan KILLED ENZO he turned off his humanity went on a ripper spree basically freed the devil and so on she's still there for him and.... married him!She's there for him more then Elena ever was.
