The free-form steel and glass entrance canopies emerging as cantilevers from the vertical facades of the Multi-Functional Building of the new Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg confronted the Lindner Steel & Glass designers with a complex task, where form design, structural performance, detailing, and fabrication had to be integrally solved.
