Why doesn't the charge blow out the back of the tube?
How does eject the projectile?
The charge acts like a recoilless rifle. Just slower. Comes out the sides of the case.

I thought it worked like a mortar tube.
Nope the rocket acts like an inverted nozzle where the nozzle is a donut around the rocket rather than a hole in the back.
