It was a spectacle. It can’t be helped and I feel for Vessel but it was a shame his voice went halfway through and he couldn’t attempt the harsh vocals or choruses for some songs, but he came back to finish the set and you can’t fault his dedication. Honestly I would have accepted if they had a vocal track for the songs in the background and Vessel comes in when he feels able to attempt that part of the song, but maybe it wasn’t possible or maybe they didn’t want to go down that route. Still as you can tell it was a brilliant night for everyone
He also didn't want his most important show to date - career wise - to give cause to all the naysayers who criticize his vocals. There's been a lot of question about pitch shifting to make his voice sound lower ( I personally don't care, ST instantly reminded me of the first Fever Ray album's vibe and that's a great thing )
Love watching all of the fan videos from this concert from various places in the crowd. Thank you for the upload! The surge in Hypnosis gave me goosebumps. You can really get a feel for the lighting and how high up II and the Vesselettes were.
what did you film this with? to be that far back & still be able to zoom in & clearly see ii's mask is impressive! i have an iphone 11--it works fine but i'm thinking about upgrading this year specifically for a better camera.
iPhone 15 Pro Max shot at 4k 30 Has x5 optical zoom and can zoom up to x15 on the same lense. The footage is fairly impressive for what it is I updated from a 12 pro and the camera is significantly better all round - I have some Bristol and takedown sleep token footage from early 2023 on my channel shot on that phone for comparison also shot in 4k 30
@@Splaterson92 They're both screaming here. I say this because I'm a singer - and I know that a singer who only has one song in the set where they scream at the top of their lungs - while all the rest of the show is clean vocals are not putting themselves and their vocal cords in an ideal setting. Far from it. Of course being physically ill and also at the tail end of long tour is really the cause of his troubles here.
Finally: A light show worthy of this band.

Much Love from Shreveport, La ❤ Wish I could have been there!
3:52. Insane pit for this type of band. These boys showed up ready to truly feel what the music brings out of them. Refreshing to watch.

The female backing vocals are beautiful in the softer parts but kinda ruin some of the heavier parts IMO, especially on Ascensionism
