I live down the street. All the assholes that race and speed up n down the crest ( cars, motorcycle etc) wouldn't surprise me if this person was speeding .

they do--has happened many times but usually at night--collect insurance--report as stolen sometimes these cars are not seen for a long time--there was a teen couple,she was pregnant and they suicided in this area--not found for years
