I have an extremely high pmb and MSI, my tmb is 59.6 done by Tempus that puts me in a 99th percentile and I am very grateful that my numbers are that high because I have a rare genetic disorder that causes cancers...Lynch Syndrome. I hope I never have to use this, but if I do, I'm just trying to understand about the TMB and how it's tied to success of the treatment.
