- www.ikmultimed... - We’re excited to introduce a brand-new member of the TONEX ecosystem. Say hello to TONEX ONE, a groundbreaking and practical mini pedal with the same incredible responsiveness and dynamics as the best-selling TONEX Pedal, offering infinite tone possibilities for electric guitar and bass.
TONEX ONE packs an entire rig’s worth of gear to upgrade and expand your pedalboard with 3 playable slots you can fine-tune using onboard EQ and effects or swap on the fly with any of the 20 Tone Model presets in its active memory.
Designed to fit any pedalboard and small enough to chain multiple pedals, TONEX ONE gives you the freedom to build the perfect fly rig or enhance your existing pedalboard. Connect to any type of guitar or bass rig including real amps, PA systems and FRFR Cabs.
The 3 micro knobs feature custom LED colors that can be assigned and saved to any preset for visual identification of the selected Tone Model. The micro knob lights also do double duty when using the onboard tuner for seamless tuning on stage.
TONEX ONE connects to a computer via USB-C to quickly transfer new Tone Models from your local library or the over 25,000 on ToneNET or even your own gear captured with the included TONEX software.
Imagine the tone possibilities with just one or multiple ONEs on your pedalboard!
Pricing and Availability
TONEX ONE is available now for pre-order from the IK online store and IK dealers worldwide for $/€179.99* each with units shipping mid-May.
*Eligible for free shipping from the IK online store. Pricing excluding taxes.

You guys won the pedal of the year award. Outstanding
I like pedal and will probably buy 1 or 2, but it will because of what I have seen on other channels. Consider using a full spectrum of tone, rather than one heavily saturated sound.
Ensimmäinen!
This is such a Changegamer
Perfect! I already own the Tonex pedal, but I will definitely buy this cute little thing. Considering my extreme metal band where I only need hi-gain amps with a bit of reverb, I can show up to the next gig with just this little thing. It's just amazing what's possible these days.
🤩
awesome. now let's make a multi-effect unit with the tonex capabilities (5-6 stomps... and take my money :)
Thalìa Bellazecca and Niccolò Passarelli. Artists in video🤘
wild composition on that, and the editing on the vid was pretty fun too. will def think about it for my live show. tho I just use the computer with tone x fur that
Thanks, I'm the video and music maker 👍🙏
@@giacomocastellano-official Rippin track 🙂
@@deareeMusic thanks!
@@giacomocastellano-official did u write it in a scoring software or just chop it up in a daw?
@@deareeMusic DAW, then I switch back and forth from video timeline to audio editing until I get the right flow.
I know most guitar players really prefer having small hardware pedals but what I would really like to see i a pedal that is a MIDI controller/audio interface combo. Something like the iRig Stomp I/O but with more buttons and more IO.
I think it is possible to implement midi connection via USB-C. That way I would buy it with my eyes closed.
Seems really cool. It would me awesome if it had one more output. One with setting with cab sim and amp and the other just the amp. Maybe transform the usb c (?)
But does it work for the Bass guitar? Or do we have to pay extra for the software, like a bass expansion pack? If so, not cool.
TONEX ONE comes with TONEX SE which has many bass Tone Models. You can find more information at www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tonexone/
Ok have to listen to it, but the specs look amazing.
So i can switch between 2 presets on this one...? While the big one i can switch between 3 presets...? Why would i buy the bigger one...?
MIDI in/out, larger ToneX capture memory banks, plan on tweaking the settings in real-time without connection to computer software editor, higher end detailed tuner, need, expression pedal/TRS controller, need for dual outputs (say one to FRFR and one to IEM)..those are the reasons I can think of. There may be more I am not thinking of. Hope that helps.
Check out the comparison chart at www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tonexone/ as well as the previous reply.
Wow !😉
I have a couple of PreSonus Eris E5 studio monitors (active) with trs 6,3mm input, and i just bought a Tonex one pedal, so i connect with a Y-cabel 6,3 stereo from Tonex one to my monitors with 2x 6,3 mono. But the problem is that the input on my monitors is TRS (balanced). is that okay anyway or?

I am thinking about buying this for my semi acoustic bass to imitate upright bass tone as much as possible, utilizing 3rd party ir from double bass, and reverb & eq. I was wondering if I could blend dry signal through Tonex one for more natural sound. Is it possible with tonex one software?
When you say 3 slots, are those like the line 6 HX blocks? In other words can I stack up to three effects per preset and it houses 20 presets internally or are you saying I can save 20 presets in the software and house 3 internally, so it’s like having three individual pedals I can switch between but not stack? Really cool either way just wanted to clear that up.
yeah I was on the fence about the big tonex pedal. This however, is a sure buy for me. Thanks IK!
A simple video "how to" for the basics covered in quickstart guide would be nice.
Would I be able to turn the cabinet off on a single input. Enabling me to run to a power amp and cab on stage and send a capture to FOH?
A question, how do you access to all 20 presets inside the pedal only? Greetings
Please implement Midi connection via USB-C.
What's the difference between The Tonex One and The Original Tonex Pedal?
Size
From the looks of it size, price and storage limits
Check out the comparison chart at www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tonexone/
that's quite amazing! question: can I set a preset to amp off and with a custom IR, so like to plug an acoustic guitar with it's IR?
yes
I use my big Tonex Pedal for bass. Would I be able to use those same presets on this pedal? Would save a ton of space on my pedal board..
You can load your Tone Models that you use on TONEX Pedal on TONEX ONE. Please note that TONEX ONE can load up to 20 presets with 3 playable slots to use any time. You can load any combination of pedal, amp and whole-rig models.
Whats the difference between this and Tone X pedal?
Hi, you can find a comparison chart at www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tonex/
Súper!!
😮 so nice 👍👍👍❤❤❤❤🎉
Make a rack version!
Can these devices work for other styles of music besides hard/heavy/metal rock? There are many other genres where guitars need to shine such as r&b, blues, funk, indie, country, pop, fusion, jazz, world, Latin, etc. Preferably without all the distortion. And where are the bass demos?
Can you make a full stack version of this? With say… 2- 4x12 cabs nice heavy ones and a head unit that weighs about a ton more or less 😅
Date of release anyone?
Cool bananas!!
Cheers from NZ 😎🎸🤘
Cute
WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
what a creation this little gem is, the connectivity to a true multiplex of sound shapes,....wow....all the ogres anger in a little box. well done.
I just ordered mine, the price point and size is good for me to try it. If I works for me, and the noise gate performance is good then most likely I would be interested to get the full size one, which by the way now I think is unnecessary big seing this bad boy :)
🔥
Nargh, just bought the big gone. Sounds amazing, just a little to big for a small pedal board.
no brainer
wow...to play at home you recommend monitors or frfr with this pedal?
Muito tooop!! Será que vem uma série pra Contrabaixo?
hola me tomas mi Iridium en parte de pago?
Yes we accept Iridium's.
This is the guutar pedal i have been waiting for my entire life.
Absolutely brillinat work guys. 😎 👍 🔥
No headphone jack? Why?
From www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tonexone - TRS output: Stereo, dual mono or headphones
This looks fantastic, I'll be grabbing one for sure
Fantastic!
💪🏾🔥👏
Just make the one headphone amp device and it will be geniall.
You can output to headphones per the TONEX ONE web pages: "TRS output: Stereo, dual mono or headphones" www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tonexone/
@@ikmultimedia I know, but I thought the format, something like Fender Micro, Katana go. Just idea for future product.
I love Tonex but Tonex Standalone software no longer automatically adjusts itself or saves my previous session with my Audio Interface, I gotta adjust/choose my interface every time I open Tonex. Is there a fix to that?
Hi @mylogify, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble. Our IK Support team can assist you via www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support - simply search the FAQ there and if you don't find the answer there will be a button to open a ticket directly to our helpful techs! Thank you.
hard to beat this.
Can you add a delay please?
Mooer ...watch out👾
When are we going to get an AmpliTube pedal that’s what I’m holding out for.
A portable AmpliTube would be killer.
We are not all hi gain nuts.
This is not at all just for "hi gain nuts". There are many clean Tone Models included and many, many thousands (over 27,000) available User Tone Models on ToneNET which has a lot of amazing clean and crunch tones.
I just love the tweak ability in AmpliTube . The ability to really alter the tone and to shuffle the effects chain I have both on my PC but would love a portable AmpliTube . It wasn’t meant as a criticism 👍
🤯🤯🤯🤘
Hey it's not April 1st!
We are not fooling. :)
See on the IKmultimedia page that you can do 20 preset on the pedal. But how can you see at which preset you are during a live situation? Do you always need to have a laptop connected to it to know which preset is on? And how do you easily switch from preset to preset or go bypass? Would have been nice if the pedal had a midi connection so you could use something like the One Control Gecko MKIII with it.
You can assign a colour of your choice to each preset. So you would need to remember which colour you had associated with a particular preset.
V2.0 should have a 3 digit display in addition to the colors
I WANT IT!
That pedal looks awesome! Who are the two artists playing?
Thalìa Bellazecca and Niccolò Passarelli. Shame on IK for not giving credit to the artists
Best gear to stole in music market :))
For what little it is worth: I’d have rather had a better mini-pedal format like the TC Zeus. Even more, I’d prefer something more Boss compact pedal sized with individual knobs instead of overloading knobs with alt functions. (Even if that means losing one or two of the controls you included.)
This looks heavily inspired by the Orange OMEC Teleport. Interesting idea for sure
This is far more than an audio interface, though. Check out all of the great features that go above and beyond at www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tonexone/
@@ikmultimedia Well, the OMEC Teleport cost about the same as your now defunct because it was quite terrible iRig Micro Amp (150 euros give or take) and this Pedal costs more than 220 Euros so there's that. Also the Teleport is quite sturdy (like a regular guitar effects pedal) while the Micro Amp was made of cheap plastic. Aside from the ability of LED customization, built-in tuner and being able to go straight to Monitors it's not all that far from the Teleport for a considerable amount more. I do love Amplitube but I feel that as far as hardware yours needs to be more on the pricey side otherwise it's pretty bad.
USB over Midi? @ikmultimedia?
Per the comparison chart at www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tonex/ TONEX ONE does not have USB MIDI.
@@ikmultimedia makes sense. Any software update upcoming?
