There is a difference between a highway and an express way. Express way doesn't have junctions and drop off points unless you exit. The moment it passes through an urban centre like Abaita it becomes a highway. An example is the Kenyan Express way elevated high above the ground to ensure safety. You have to exit to pass through centers.
It's ridiculous how you guys are crossing zebra crossing 🚸 on such speed 😢😢, sometimes it's better to impart traffic laws by ourselves for the safety of others.

Why they removed metallic bars dividing the ways of the highway most especially around abaita katabi and ebb town
Most were damaged by accidents, they were replaced by shrubs
Poor driving, keep left, right lane is for overtaking
This is a high way keeping Right is fine as long as your speeding
