Urine albumin to creatinine ratio (ACR) also known as urine microalbumin helps identify kidney disease that can occur as a complication of diabetes.
If kidney disease is diagnosed early in people with diabetes appropriate treatment can be given and its effects can be closely monitored.
This means a person's ACR level should be checked as soon as diabetes is diagnosed.
Moderately increased albuminuria historically known as microalbuminuria (ACR 30-300 mg/g) refers to albumin excretion above the normal range
Severely increased albuminuria historically known as macroalbuminuria (ACR more than 300) refers to a higher elevation of albumin associated with progressive decline in glomerular filtration rate.

My Albumin Creatinine ratio is 10( normal ) but my protein creatinine ratio is very high ....
Albumin 10 mg/l
Protein 30 mg/dl
Creatinine 50 mg/dl
ACR is 10
But PCR is 0.6 which is very very high

If acr is normal but PCR is high its usually means tubular proteinurea. Whatch your globulin in CBC is it decreasing ? Decrease in value from the earlier test. Or not

Gobulin in KFT is 2.8 mg/dl which is within biological reference level.... It stays in the same level for last 2 years .
And my GFR is normal 108
