I agree the level of competition isn’t there but at the end of the day he has Manning blood, kids going to be a stud no matter what. They aren’t so gifted running wise it’s their constant practice and studying of the game. They are the type of players that don’t need a offensive coordinator. They run the game.

UGA's offense, specifically their QBs are so 2nd tier that Bennett cannot function under pressure and he'll be a wreck against them if they make the conference championship. No guarantee on either side in the SCC.. We'll see. Not a Alabama super fan, just a fan of excellence and that is what they have been for the better part of 13 years. 6 National Titles can't be trivialized. He looks like he has good command and awareness. He runs well. He's playing against some pretty weak competition, though. The big thing, I gotta be honest, is that he throws the ball like I did when I was 8 years old. Accurate, sure, but no zip at all. If he plays against any serious competition, they will pick him off 5 times minimum. Sorry.

bad delivery? I coached him at three elite camps and his is in the top three or four prospects I have ever seen in 20 years of coaching QBs, the other 4 would include Andrew Luck (before Stanford) , Matt Barkley (before USC coached him down), Rhett Bomar (Oklahoma in early 200s) and Matt Stafford (before UGA and the Lions nearly ruined him). Look these guys up...they could all sling it and I see the same potential in Manning. Another would be Max Browne...probably the best of the group before USC again tanked him badly.
