Humming along is great for practicing to get it in your ears firmly but for performance i cant stand it when people hum along. If bach wanted someone vaguely semi audibly doubling a melody with humming he would have written it in 😅 …but fantastic playing!
I heard from a distant relatives good friends pen pal, that Bach said humming is forbidden except for if it is performed for a single camera on a UA-cam channel. Its all hearsay though!
haha i know i was being a douche here. i just cant stand humming when people are performing its distracting! but i know some people that think its very cool. and if its done with a good voice thats very in tune it is incredibly impressive! still probably an unnecessary comment when this gentleman is giving us some excellent playing for free.@@stephantwieder
