Steve, what a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Thank you for bringing us along. Be well, JB
So glad you joined us, thank you for your company. Yes, a wonderful few hours, logged in the memory 👌🙏. Keep Well My Friend. Steve.
That brought back many happy memories from my army days in Chester during the 80s. 👍
Thank you Stevey, so pleased this video ignited those Happy memories, ...where were you billeted ? I can not remember when they de-commissioned the 'old' Western Command base over the suspension bridge. During WW2 my Father {when in the UK} was attached to Western Command , he met my mother whilst there, she was in the Land Army, and lived in Handbridge {Cross Hay}. Keep Well, Steve.
@@3riverspiper1792 Thanks mate. I was at Saighton Camp which dated back to the 2nd world war. Old wooden spider type buildings.
Happy days.
Great vid 3 Rivers. Thanks a lot. Have a great week-end.
Thank you CD, you too have a week-end packed with all the things that you cherish. TTFN Steve.
Hiyas Steve, thank you for taking us with you on your walk around Chester. Looks like a lovely city.
Take care and All the Best.
Gary
Thank you Gary, great to have you with ourselves on the tour. Chester City is a lovely place to escape to for a few hours, the sweet shop & tobacconist are a bonus. TTFN Steve.
My wife and I love Chester we've spent a lot of time walking round in the shops , Market and on the front by the Dee through the park around the walls , spent many happy hours there , also they have a wonderful tobacconist that I visit regularly, one of my sons bought me a Hardcastle pipe from there and a bottle Viking Whiskey 🥃 they sell some lovely things . Nice video, I live in Ellesmere Port .
Thank you Carl for your comments, yes, Chester is a lovely City, I too have many happy memories from my time as a child, as well as in my later life. Keep Well, Steve.
3 Rivers Piper YTPC And you Steve , Thank you 😊
Thanks for taking us around Chester, sir!
You are very welcome. Have a good weekend. Steve.
A pure pleasure my friend. Stop by and visit with us sometime again on Professors Briar Club zoom when you get a chance, same time and same channel. Professor Jeremiah can send you the new password if needed. It was nice seeing and Molly again with you showing us Chester with your Grandchildren. Happy Days!
Hi Ron, Happy Days for sure. I hope you enjoyed the two 'old boys' playing some wonderful Jazz, if on my own, I could have sat there , smoking my pipe, chilling for some considerble time . 👌
You video has only just shown on my feed! A great video and a ramble with the young ones around Chester. Always good to see you smoking a fine Tobacco 😊👍
Hi Carl, yes, a wonderful day all round. Reference the feed, I seem to be having a number of issues with UA-cam / Google. as I said in the video I am now blocked from watching any channels which have had the age restriction activated on them, so, at present I am unable to access quite a few YTPC's . I keep writing to Google, and they do un-block viewing access for a while, then the situation reverts back to blocked. Also, as you may have noticed, I have un-invited adverts now, again, I have written to ask why, as yet no answers. Keep Well, Steve.
Oh I love these types of videos!
Thank you so much for your kind comment, I was hoping the flavour of a little time in Chester can help re-charge those batteries. Keep Well. Steve.
The Germains blends seem to be highly popular in the USA. Penzance is that grail blend for many. I think we maybe take it for granted we can actually get them occasionally in the UK - they are after all made in the Channel Islands
There seems to be this 'cult' following of the Germains, a range of tobaccos I do appreciate, however, I do find so many other premium tobaccos available here in the UK, we are definitely spoilt for choice. 😊
Thank you for your comment... Steve.
What a pleasure to see a video from you, mate!
Thank you GaZ, I hope you enjoyed the tour. Keep Well My Friend. Steve.
Oh, I wish I could get some RDF!!!
Nice tour Steve, thanks for sharing.
Hi Jeff, thank you for dropping by, Chester City is a tranquil & beautiful place to enjoy some chill-time. Yes, the GRDF is thin on the ground, it is a very pleasent smoke, in fact I am smoking same as I type this message. Keep well my Friend. Steve & Molly.
What a pleasure , it’s good to see you my friend I’ve tried to get some RDF from them online but it’s coming up out of stock.I’ll try the shop next time I’m up that way. I love Chester thanks for the look around Steve . Stay safe and keep happy 👍👍😉🦡

Yeah, my time with all of these invasive media platforms is coming to an end. Anyway, great to see all of you out and about. A tobacconist and sweet shop, life is good in Chester! Lovely, indeed.
May all your wishes come true.
