You made it very easy as i can understand completely while listning the audio only but the background coloure is a cuasing a lit bit confusion kidly use white

its an AD to be inherited but RB which is a tumour suppressor gene prevent its phenotype to appear ..to apear in phenotye amutation in 2 alleles of RB must occur (recessively function)

Retinoblastoma is AD...still it needs 2 hits...one in each allele...why
