relocated to this great city since 2006. lost two houses during 2008 crash. now I own paid house and enjoy early retirement happily. BTW, LV is great for retirement ppl who enjoy the Golfing.
One problem is that super high speed internet is not easily available here. In other areas, fiber internet is cheap and easily available with static IP address for as little as $80 per month. Here, if you want a Gigabit internet with a static IP address you have to pay as much as $650 per month and COX is your only choice everywhere in Las Vegas. Other ISPs are available here and there but not universally so COX has no competitors and that is why they can charge so much.
Physicians/Hospitals you recommend? Las Vegas is horrible in health care vs Phoenix area with Mayo Clinic or Cleveland with Cleveland Clinic. Suggestions?
I have resided in the 89183 area (Barbara Lane & Las Vegas Blvd) for the past 4.5 years. You mentioned the increase in population as a positive. What I have seen in 89183 is more noise, gangbanging, dogs/partying, garbage - 24 hours! 🤨

@@digitalevidenceexpert7964 Interesting. I have clients who have fiber Internet. I'm going to ask them about costs.

@@yaaqoubeliyyahu5783 We have 14+ hospitals across the valley and growing. We have Dignity Health, Intermountain Health, and UMC to name a few.
2028. Not sure which station it will start from in LA, however.
@@TheDanielKahl Correct! 💯 Southern California station will be at Rancho Cucamonga! Fun fact, I used to live there when I attended UCR!

@@yaaqoubeliyyahu5783 Thanks for sharing. You do live in a high traffic area. Population growth is great for businesses and the economy!
