A lady I work for her house worth £3-4 million and guess what. Her bags are *preluxz* worth £60 on the road. What l learned from her. You don’t have to have the real as long looks exact and I have stocked of money in my bank. I used to buy the real to a point realising I don’t need to waste money

These al look like collector pieces. The last twist photos looks like a floral arrangement box lol. The fluffy fur paws look like something Halloween for kids. I prefer the classic original style bags that will never go out of style. The new washed out canvas looks disappointing. I will not be shopping with LV for a while. I recently got the Alma nano in epi this week and love classic styles. I think I’m done for a while. Thank you for sharing.

I love the East/west side trunk. The new washed out monogram. I also find the new petite malle fascinating. It’s actually user friendly with the zipper. Hope it comes out in store. Do you have launch dates yet?

Would they ever bring back the Alma bb in Damier Azur?
Hi! I have not seen the Alma BB in Azur slated for re-release so far this year. The closest I’ve seen is an Alma BB in white epi leather that will be part of By The Pool collection this summer. They may eventually bring it back, but I haven’t seen any hint so far. 😕

I was left feeling wanting. Some of the bags seemed cool and a couple of the dresses were nice but overall it lacked something. Hated the gloves

So I don't think the problem was with the gloves themselves ya know when in Rome somewhere & in some climate..... it was a bit overstated in the most comical way. He did give us something to talk about & the clothes were beautiful although we want no need ready to wear to be ready to wear so he needs to reel back on the sleeves a bit ya know bc I'd have to have it tailored to b functionable @ least have one hand free. How would you hold a glass of red wine indeed? I see his vision the common denominator of covering the hands with shearling & feathers which can be swanky have some cuffs in feathers & furs luv them but the exaggerated sleeve is a stage costume just unwearable art. The bags - hit & miss. Luv it, don't have to have it, gata have it. Do have to say there's something for everyone. Idk why but the new color canvas hurt my eyes lk the old much better. Slouch bags are very much a thing I c. Quiet lux to I'm here lux so ya. That gown stole the show.
Yes he certainly gave us a lot to talk about! Like you said, not practical but beautiful to look at. Can’t wait to see how they style these pieces when the collection launches in stores!
The washed-out monogram - I don’t get it!
It seems quite … odd. Reminds me of the monogram dust from Pharrell’s last menswear show. I think people will complain it looks f@ke.

These large bags dont look good when there caved in in center
I might be alone in this thought, but Ghesquiere doesn’t seem to be all that creative. I’m tired of all the reboots. The tromp l’oiel designs are always fun, but it’s too close to the last release of a similar design. I like the side trunks, it’s good to see more in the side trunk line, but overall it’s just meh. Pieces are wither too trendy or not classic enough to be real classics.
You certainly aren’t the only one to critic Ghesquiere for lack of creativity! While I like his designs overall, I agree with you that there are too many reboots and they’re TOO similar to the originals. I kind of feel like he’s already done as much as he can at LV…
