Lingering BF tripod is theoretical highest damage per cast but harder to pull off smoothly in rotations. The LW first rotation requires using instant BF and potentially has higher DPS (different than damage per cast/rotation). I played 5sp Eso and 4sp entropy WD for over a year now and using lingering BF first is just habit and second nature to me. The final damage difference in real raid shouldn't be too different and its up to personal preference.
Hi, resources for striker was removed from maxroll due to disagreements between the platform and contributors so new information is hard to come by. The ideal stat distribution is to get 90% crit with elixirs (700-800 crit), allow ssb to generate 1 orb by itself and LW to generate 2 (830 spec), and the rest can go into swift or spec depending on playstyle. My personal build uses the traditional 5 spender eso build, you can search those up plenty of guides and videos over the past year, and I replace spiral impact with sweeping kick 2/1/1 tripod.
