the callback to "how often has armand spared a life?" is so good. i think all of us were worried in that moment with the two of them in the dining room.
Armand is my favorite in the show. Assad did my Armand justice, he understood the assignment. And he is bloody effin gorgeous. I can't wait to see Marius and Armand together.
I have a really weird theory what if Alice is actually Armand, and he just made Daniel think it was a women after they broke. Think of it when Louis asked Daniel what Alice said he said she said no, and you could tell he was hurt by it and then Armand steps in and explains Alice's reasoning, but his face makes it seem like it was really personal to him.
I love this theory. I came to this thought after ruminating on that episode. It would be interesting. Daniel had a serious relationship with Alice as he wanted to marry her. And if Alice is Armand, there would be so much room for the story. Because yeah it seemed it was important to Armand But we need to wait where the show runners would want to take their story but theory is great regardless

I knew Armand and Daniel were seriously going to be a thing since I read “Queen of the Damned”. I know it may start off hard at first. But I hope it actually gets sweet as it goes on. Armand deserves to be with someone who isn’t cruel to him. Daniel is perfect for him.

you think dropping Louis from the sky doesn't make Lestat 'the bad one'? Lestat IS bad. they are all bad. if you think Lestat is a good person or that there has to be a 'bad one' and a good one, when these characters are so much more interesting and complex than that , then you have so thoroughly missed the point of the show it's almost impressive.

And that's the truth. Assad played my tragic vampire boy so beautifully accurate. So sad people don't recognized it, or people who didn't read the books. I thought I would love Lestat too, like in the books, like in the 90's movie played by Tom Cruise, but in MY opinion, Sam's version is trash, NOTHING like my brat Prince, queer, rock star Lestat. And sadly, people will hype season 3 up, so much, because the main characters aren't black. I think people just like Sam because he is the ONLY white actor of the main (excluding Eric).
Thats not the case, he is hated because of the first movie where he was played by Banderas. They make him really poorly in that one and dont include anything about him except that he was behind Claudia and Madelein death.
