I kind of want to see an OVA or movie based on this manga. Simorgh is a personal favorite archetype. 'd love to see it animated, or any of the decks that show up in it, really.
Oh hey, it's the manga that I can honestly say was a big part in inspiring me to take up Traptrix!
So, the main character's big ultimate super ability is...reading cards. Lord knows many people could only hope to aspire to such lofty heights of strength and skill!
☠️
Max C PTSD is a real thing, just look at Cimoo's videos about the topic
But this is a cool manga series, I'm definitely gonna check it out.
This manga reminds me of Cardfight Vanguard in a way. The main characters open real products and duel at an LGS. I really like this over an economy run by a single card game because that can make the world feel grounded to reality can be something I can relate to.
Shoma’s first turn Tenyi sacrifice combo showed more skill than the entire previous protagonists combined
What about when my man sacked a win just to summon Phoenix gearfried tho
@@DemoIn the previous pro tags wouldn’t have even gotten to a board to get GPG.
“I set a single card phase down and summon this guy in def”
That’s the Yugioh MC staple strat
@@yanyanzhang5813 vrains be like: am I a joke to you
@@nerazim1110 yusaku doesn’t have many combos in his deck. Even in the real world, Code Talker + Cyberse Dragons suck.
Chapter 13 is my favorite chapter because it features my favorite archetype in Darklords so it was cool to see some of my favorite monsters like Ixchel, Condemned, and First Darklord drawn on the panel.
I don’t even care that they lost to Jinzo because I love playing them so much.
Ironically, chapter 13 is my least favorite because of that duel writing. The writers even commented that this deck match-up was so bad that the only way Light could win was with Limiter Removal.
@@HoangNguyen-ej4wb yeah if the grave was loaded with even a single copy of Sanctified Darklord then Jinzo would’ve lost because of the effect negate for the turn and the life point steal which would provide a little bit of a LP buffer to keep the Jinzo Assault from being lethal.
And due to surviving the attack Tsukiko’s board would’ve been wiped due to Limiter Removal.
The REAL best yugioh manga was the millenium world arc where there were almost no card games, everyone tried killing each other with real monsters ripped from the souls of people and a demon with a dragon crotch almost conquered the world.
Now i want yugioh isekai, you know the world champion of the real world and died during final match cuz he had stroke or whatever, travel betwean series from dm to vrains or even to seven, maybe he possesed one of the character body but not the main character like joey or with his original appearance but younger, he either has 3 copy of every card in real life or have to collect card manually in every series, i think that set up would be intersting.
The guy could casually take out the bad guys if they happen to destroy the main character.
I wish Yusa kept playing Tenyi; the first couple of duels made me really appreciate the archetype
They might go back to it depending the Structure they are given
Would be nice if this got physically released in English
Yusa is like the perfect audience surrogate for the player base. Ironically Yusa dosen’t even uses the deck as many main characters.
Really though, the anime is almost never the same thing over and over again they are all distinct and different from each other tone and vibe wise.
I kinda want to see you go into detail of how the decks these characters use are played, cuz I tried that Tenyi Yang Zing Deck and I never know when i'm supposed to bring out Halqifibrax or Linkuriboh, let alone when to start bringing out the Yang Zing cards
It’s all about feel. Don’t listen too much with Shoma’s combo because he plays with the intent of having the coolest monster he can (hence why he went out of his way to make a Gaia deck and a Gearfried deck even though both Gaia and Infernoble aren’t very meta). The situations in which you bring out specific cards is very situational. While pro games seem very fast pace, that is with hundreds of hours of using the same deck and trying and modifying it. It’s always a good idea to just sit back and think for a bit, once you’re in a pinch, what can you do? What can this do? Play scenarios in your head to find the best solution. Of course, this requires a good amount of memorization. I don’t personally have a Tenyi Yang zing deck, but I do run Swordsoul Tenyi, and I can play cards without reading them, because I have fully memorized their information. Effects, level, rank, stats, everything. To have good combos, it’s all about knowing each and every card, because in a game, you can’t go “I want this card” and then a few seconds later going “oh man, this card would’ve been better!” Though of course, that’s just my stance, and I also haven’t played a Tenyi Yang Zing deck before, but I think my advice should still apply.

This is more interesting than the other and the other Yu-Gi-Oh munger
What's wrong with drawing like that? It's fun lol
where can I find ALL the chapters I stopped reading it because I couldn't find all of it
I have* read this one actually? So uhhh eat that (jk I'm glad people are talking about, this is the kind of ygo stuff Ive wanted since mother's basement talked about a more grounded, slice of life card game show ages ago)
Is it good
Instead of this we got Sevens 😒
I don't know why, from my personal experience, I hate structures for exactly this reason.
This hits my modern Yugioh board so well that it gives me PTSD of Infi negates such as episode of Herald Drytrons
Jokes on you, I actually actually read the manga.
I dont know about Best
Ha! Yusa! More like Yusaless!
Honestly, this manga is terrible. Its just boring.
What about the aliester guy
Sadly the ~totally legal website~ I use to read it didn’t have the later chapters with scarf boy

He used to be the main character of this cancelled YuGiOh game, Saikyo Card Battle, I think?
Oh yeah, did I mention he main decks Ash, Pank, and Imperm?
@@neurosynchron That's insane... where can I read that?
