Even though the views may be lower than normal you guys have built a large fan base across the country and y’all inspire a lot of runners to strive to be elite like y’all, keep up the hard work👍
Agreed, but the views are only lower because of the insane amount of views they were getting in their race vids, which of course are gonna be more popular
This entire team is going to do so well this fall and spring! I enjoy watching your channel as it helps me with my running. Thanks for the inspiration!
I think you should do a video where you get all the people who will be apart of the Newbury Park XC team this year (that want to be apart of the video) and sit down with them and ask them a few questions. Like what their goals are for this season, ask the freshman why they decide to join XC and ask who their favorite runner is. Also ask more question, but those were just some ideas I had for questions.
I really loved this video, you guys! Quality is always getting better and better, and how exciting that you are getting sponsorships! You guys deserve it!!!
When I went to altitude it did not feel harder. It felt the same and I’m from Louisiana so very flat and pretty close to sea level. I noticed when I returned it was harder, so I say humidity is harder then altitude
@@david14431 what about the follow on coach. Or does the school support it. Maybe it is a family thing. There are so many options to live a life without having to know the details of everyone. Apparently you know them well enough to know Leo has an account. Maybe he could share it in the hallway between classes. They have made a good part of their lives public. Maybe they don't want to share their whole life with the world right now.
@Don Shields I’m not saying he needs to I’m just asking if he would because many people would find it helpful. I have looked at the Sean Brosnan thing now to and understand people are disappointed in some cases but totally support his decision. If the runners there support it guess I will to. It’s just a simple question asking if Leo will use his Strava because I would find it helpful to know how the best XC runners to live train. Nothing more nothing less.

@@andrewsmith3037 It makes since that athletes get more views during the season the sport is played.
The race videos now are gonna blow up
Compared to how many subscribers they have the views are pretty good. Most new viewers are gonna come from race videos.

I've been watching you guys for long enough now that the intro song is actually starting to feel very nostalgic

Northern wisconsin here and me and my xc teammates love to see what you guys are accomplishing great job lex and Leo keep grinding brothasT.
So glad they brought the old intro back
Let's go baby new vid can't wait herd y'all's coach left tho but y'all will still be amazing
I know this has probably been asked a lot over the past few days but what's the situation going to be like after Seans departure?
Sean’s wife (Tanya) will coach the Girls team And his assistant Steve (Ailish’s Father) will coach the Boys team
What happned to Sean?, nevermind I googled it
How do you feel about coach Brosnan leaving to UCLA on such a late notice?
The return of Colin. Miss him a lot.
Can’t wait for y’all to absolutely dominate this season.
When I went to altitude it did not feel harder. It felt the same and I’m from Louisiana so very flat and pretty close to sea level. I noticed when I returned it was harder, so I say humidity is harder then altitude
ya it’s proven that heat training is more beneficial than altitude
@@tristonnelson7399 but for the benefits of red blood cells obviously altitude it better. But heat is more effective
But they’re form California
@@denniseenriquez7075 depends on where in CA. Regardless, probably not as humid as Louisiana
Heat & Humidity helps with blood plasma levels, but altitude helps with hemoglobin levels...
How are you two doing with the news of your coach leaving to UCLA?
Love to see y’all trying out the Nike invincible. It’s like a less stiffer version of the cloud monsters
🥳🥳🥳can’t wait for the vid you guys are so inspiring and entertaining
Leo could you use your Strava? I’m sure many of us would like to see the day to day log of your miles and you already have the account.
I’m pretty sure the coach of Newberry park doesn’t want all their workouts public
They’re coach quit so can’t be mad if they do. Also if you don’t want routes or maps to be visible you can turn them off.

Just remember Cantu is always lurking
Love watching your vids and I was wondering what watch you guys wear
Great Video!!
Is Hector Martinez running this year??
I’ve been wondering the same thing.
If not then if they want to be a lock for the title then Lex/Leo/Aaron/Doshi/Cantu all better be healthy
When does y’all’s schedule drop for xc season
can you do a video on proper running stride and technique? love your videos!
That would be cool to see how they few it but there are a ton of good videos on UA-cam already that go into detail on it.
