Carters Beach, Nova Scotia. Tropical-ish vibe. You just need to be there at the right time for the right water temp. But absolutely beautiful. Just gorgeous. Chimney Corner Beach is still in my bucket list.

Another fabulous video as usual.... Epic drone footage. The contrast from the cliffs, boulders and blue water was great from the sky. It’s great that Canada 🇨🇦 has had a bit of a heat wave. Those beaches look incredible. Here in Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 we have some pretty amazing beaches too.... really long white and sandy. I just did a week getaway on the Gold Coast and so good to wake up to a beach sunrise and walk for miles 😊😊❤️❤️

Great videos and experience on the beach guys, thanks for taking us along! My parents swear by Cheticamp Island beach, they’ve been going there for years. Also Whale Cove (just up the coast) from Chimney Corner and MacLeod’s beach / campground (just down the coast) are awesome long sandy beaches on the same warmish 🤣 water. Thank you for showing your accommodations too, will check them out whenever I can get back to CB for a visit

Kennington cove in louisbourg is my favorite. It's way off the beaten path so it's always quiet. Beautiful sand, a freshwater brook for rinsing off the salt, and great waves

FYI - Yesterday here in Calgary we had about 30C and beautiful; whereas today it's rainy & barely 11C and tomorrow it should be 0C and we may have snow ... so Cape Breton is awesome not only in beauty but seasonal beach weather. Thank you so much for your Cape Breton videos! I grew up there but live in Ontario now and was pretty disappointed we couldn't make a trip down this summer. I'm less sad now that I've been watching your vids because I get to see some of my favourite places!! It's curing my homesick-ness 💕 My all time favourite beach is Port Hood, with Pondville, Point Michaud, and Marble Mountain being close seconds.
@@DelightfulTravellers I'd love to see you guys take a tour around Isle Madame area where Pondville Beach is located, there are some beautiful views down that way, plus great little places to eat including The Groundswell and awesome coffee and sweets at La Goélette à Pépé. I think there's nice places to stay on Janvrin Island too, if memory serves ♥️

The beach nearest where I grew up in CB is Point Michaud Beach. Beautiful, long sandy beach but and it is a big BUT (the water is cold!) though it doesn't stop the locals from swimming. There is a surfing community there as the beach has a good bit of wave action (not high waves except in storms) but great for learning. The best time us late June to mid August. The jellyfish usually arrive in large numbers mid-to-late August.

if anyone wants a more urban lifestyle with an east coast life make sure you visit the Glace Bay/Sydney area, tons of beaches in Morien, Dominion, so beautiful.

Looks like a nice quiet and peaceful town I love Canada its always one of my favorite country beautiful as always. I never went in that side of the city or town before but to Vancouver when we are still living to Washington State.
I’m surprised you guys are traveling Canada. We are stuck in the states with high COVID numbers but I thought our northern friends could leave their country. Following Gabriel Traveler in Croatia and now Serbia and he left to Mexico from Vancouver. I enjoyed watching you two in the Phillipines. Keep up the journey.
Hi Hobie. Well the big thing is we don't think it's safe to travel just yet. Just because we can doesn't mean we should. In our part of Canada there is a bubble of 4 provinces. If we leave and come back we have to do a 2 week self isolation quarantine in our home. That means we can't leave our place at all. We already did this once and we don't want to do it again. We're going to be keeping an eye on things and if we can travel throughout more of Canada we certainly will. That is if it sounds safe. Most of us up here in the North are being extra cautious. We're also keeping our eyes on a few countries and in the next few months we should know if we'll set off again or not ✌️- Trevor
Absolutely stunning beaches. Can't wait to swim again, Spring is on its way here in the Cape. The water though is freezing here, it takes a local to be able to get in it! Take care as always.
You guys didn’t do the hike that takes you to the point that you can see from the air. There is a tunnel at the end which is awesome. That house on the left in the arial view just sold for just under a million dollars. Chimney corner is also known locally as Evans beach which is the family who owned that house in the pic
That was a very good tip to not overlook this area by heading straight to the Cabot Trail. The Mabou, Port Hood and Inverness area is not to be missed. The locals should know better but I personally like the beach at Port Hood Park even more--it has large, shallow, sandy bottom area and you if you walk around the corner it has an area with more waves which I prefer.
@@DelightfulTravellers very well could be...NS is notorious for having landmarks as directions lol I thought there may have been a building near the turn off with large chimneys lol...we once were heading to our friends in Port Greville and they said "turn left after the church"...ever single house looked like it had a steeple at 1 in the morning in the fog lol...long story there we can laugh about now but at the time not so funny lol..viv
in 2022 I'm planning of renting an RV and take off on a 3 weeks road trip with my elder sister to go and go all around N.B. and jump 2 days or 3 at Prince Edward Island which right next to it. My other sister went this august 2021 and she says their FRENCH FRIES to drop dead!.......... exceptionnaly terrific....amazing cause they have a little baby potato that is not exported cause there are not enough for it so they keep it for themselves and restaurants for tourists. Can't wait to visit our neighbors for my fist time in the Maritimes.
I don't know if anybody told you but when you were on the beach right at the very point on your left was a rock formation that looked like a chimney. It has fallen in the last 12 years.

Those are some really nice beaches for Canada. Glad you had warm temps, as I love Nova Scotia, but sort of damp and misty when I was on Cape Breton. I love Vancouver Island, but the sand here looks better than those beaches near Victoria. That looked like a great cottage, too, and nice to have so few people around. As Canadians, are you banned from Europe like Americans? It really is too much. I really do enjoy every video you present because it is both upbeat, and relaxed, and you strike me as the best representatives of what travelers can be - impressed with all that is different, and eager for the next adventure. I have never experienced 90F in Canada, and you got that in NS, so pretty cool! Have you done any videos to Montreal, QC, or Ottawa, as they are 3 Canadian places I enjoy a lot? Have not been to PEI or Nfld yet to complete my Canada tour. Were you just in NS in Aug, as I see today was the publishing date?
Hi Jim! Yes we were there in August. We're not banned from countries like folks in the US no. We're just limited like everyone else. There's some really old videos on our channel of Montreal though....I mean really old and cringy haha - Trevor
Canada is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. It's beaches are wonderful - except it would be like swimming inside the refrigerator most time of the year. LOL! I'll opt for the Caribbean, the South Seas, and SE Asia for real water activities.
Cavendish beach in PEI, and Parlee beach in Shediac ,New Brunswick where the water is warm like bath water in July and August, even into September some years. In Nova Scotia there is an amazing beach near Pugwash that is also warm and on a clear day you can see PEI bridge. Crystal Crescent Beach is nice but not as warm. Only down side is one year PEI beach will have lots of jelly fish and the next year they will all be on the Shediac side, best to check it out before you book time there. In Parsboro NS there are cliffs loaded with fossils if that might interest you. There is. Lake in Oxford NS that has a high surfer content and on hot days it smells like eggs but.....it’s great for problem skin conditions and you can float easily in it. Cheticamp is amazing, there is a crab industry there and making crab cakes with crab fresh out of the water are soooo yummy.
Are people serisously asking you guys to show and tell to us about chairs, tables, water coolers and beds? I think everyone knows that all accommodation comes with furniture.
People like to see quick tours of where we are staying in case they want to book the place or get a sense of what the area / accommodations are like ✌️ - Trevor

Nova Scotia has so many incredible beaches. Check out Cherry Hill Beach, Crescent Beach and Hirtle's Beach on the south coast.

I don't know if anybody told you but when you were on the beach right at the very point on your left was a rock formation that looked like a chimney. It has fallen in the last 12 years.
No one told us but we figured that's why the beach has that name 😀 - Anna

Those are some really nice beaches for Canada. Glad you had warm temps, as I love Nova Scotia, but sort of damp and misty when I was on Cape Breton. I love Vancouver Island, but the sand here looks better than those beaches near Victoria. That looked like a great cottage, too, and nice to have so few people around. As Canadians, are you banned from Europe like Americans? It really is too much. I really do enjoy every video you present because it is both upbeat, and relaxed, and you strike me as the best representatives of what travelers can be - impressed with all that is different, and eager for the next adventure. I have never experienced 90F in Canada, and you got that in NS, so pretty cool! Have you done any videos to Montreal, QC, or Ottawa, as they are 3 Canadian places I enjoy a lot? Have not been to PEI or Nfld yet to complete my Canada tour. Were you just in NS in Aug, as I see today was the publishing date?
Hi Jim! Yes we were there in August. We're not banned from countries like folks in the US no. We're just limited like everyone else. There's some really old videos on our channel of Montreal though....I mean really old and cringy haha - Trevor

Canada is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. It's beaches are wonderful - except it would be like swimming inside the refrigerator most time of the year. LOL! I'll opt for the Caribbean, the South Seas, and SE Asia for real water activities.

Cavendish beach in PEI, and Parlee beach in Shediac ,New Brunswick where the water is warm like bath water in July and August, even into September some years. In Nova Scotia there is an amazing beach near Pugwash that is also warm and on a clear day you can see PEI bridge. Crystal Crescent Beach is nice but not as warm. Only down side is one year PEI beach will have lots of jelly fish and the next year they will all be on the Shediac side, best to check it out before you book time there. In Parsboro NS there are cliffs loaded with fossils if that might interest you. There is. Lake in Oxford NS that has a high surfer content and on hot days it smells like eggs but.....it’s great for problem skin conditions and you can float easily in it. Cheticamp is amazing, there is a crab industry there and making crab cakes with crab fresh out of the water are soooo yummy.
