What a lovely vlog🥹 loved the meal prepping bit at the end☺️ with the meal prepped rice it’s very important to put it directly into the fridge, reheat it very good and not keep it for many days, since it can develop some nasty bacteria🫣 maybe you already know, but better safe than sorry❤️ wishing you a the best for your ongoing recovery💪❤️🩹

I’m on the Sunshine Coast and I’m adopting a WFPB way of eating and would love to attend a picnic or meet up if you organise something. The sense of community here is so beautiful and this morning I went for a little drive around Caloundra and got teary eyed thinking about how sad I’d be if I didn’t live here. It’s an absolute paradise and sometimes I get so caught up in my mind that I am disconnected from the peace and beauty that is all around me. ❤

I almost joined a local netball club earlier in the year but didn't in the end, I sort of regret it now!!
And yes, I feel like my participation in the vegan scene has changed over the past 20 years - I used to be part of meetup groups and go to restaurants, cafes, festivals and events all the time! Now my vegan circle has shrunk and I rarely eat out! I'm going to make an effort to try more places. Would love a meetup in NSW! 🌞✨👍

I kind of feel that Australia is one of Asia Pacific places with really good vegan food. It's sad to hear that vegan businesses are closing. I hope demand increases to support the vegan small businesses! Hope to be there in the near future (from Singapore)

I’ve definitely noticed that veganism seems less popular than it was several years ago. I used to have a lot of vegan friends but most of them have moved away from veganism or just don’t live near me anymore
For sure, it’s so weird seeing it decline after years of feeling it grow!
