Late September. As expected, the JUNIP show is sold out.
We get the chance to meet the swedish band a few hours before the concert for a short session infront of our cameras.

I love how relaxed José is in his performance. Totally in the zone, not trying too hard to look "cool" behind the mic
that beat reminds me of "teardrop", from Massive Attack.
GENIUS, HEAVEN ON EARTH JOSE GONZALEZ IS A MASTERPIECE IN VOCALS AND GUITAR !!!
Brand new fan over here - i'm honestly left speechless by your music, i'm full of anxiety on a day to day basis and listening to this stuff really makes me let go of everything and just float away. Thank you!

I always think Junip sounds even better live than on record. The records are great, but the raw sound really lets the emotion through.

Didn't knew Junip until I was on a little festival in germany, 2010 I think.
Listened to them playing this song under a clear nightsky standing between 3000 silent people. No words.
everything Jose touches really turns to gold. My favorite musician. No doubt about that.
To me this is one of the best Junip tracks.

If you are very lucky and hoping something will change eventually with the virus pandemic, move anything out of your way necessary and see Jose Gonzalez live. I have seen all of the greats and even compared to the Stones or Led Zeppelin or Hendrix or a long list beyond reach, there is something so moving about the magic he weaves in concert. Jose is special. Miss him at your own peril. He is amazing.
