I remember playing this back in 2006. Having only ever played single player console games at that point. Coming to Gludin and seeing all the other “real life players” running around doing their business, my mind was blown.
This game gave me the most intense experience of pvp. The politics in this game depict real life war. The drama is what made this game so great. Having alliances and fighting other alliances, your own allies turning against you and moving to the other side, treason. The adrenaline rush you get during mass pvps, the bitterness of losing, the excitment of winning. Lineage 2, never forget.

Back then I was 12-15 years old and I was SOO HAPPY!!! I got to experience this amazing world of Knights, Magic and Dragons right when I needed it the most!!! Being RESPECTED by my whole clan, when I was 13/14yo and those guys were much older then me, that was so Fcking intoxicating!!! I never had been happier since and no game were ever close to Lineage 2 (It feels like a sin to call it just a "game" - it was ART)!!!
My favorite towns are : Gludio (the first town I visit in Lineage 2),Hunter's Village,Elven Village and of course Giran Castle town.The music reminds me soooo many things.Thank you lineage for all these memories and experiences I lived through you :D....

Remembering running through a populated Gludin during C3 period while listening to this and at the same time pming on msn messengers the guys i was playing on a private server before so i could get them on Teon. Events with special small bosses were taking place every like 2 to 3 hours and people were rushing them to get the drops.

amazing tune, though I was the only one who always kept the music on in this game :) ah what memories, I only played for about 6 months many years ago but it's like a wonderful world I can remember and smile about.

@@GreatRetro Yes mate, mine too! But Gludin was the first real city we travelled to. After that it was walking by foot to Gludio, Dion, Giran.:)
imo, Lineage 2 has one of the best array of soundtracks up to date found in any game....the composer is a genius
+Gabrys Backa very true, thats why i come back to these theme songs, no other game has the same quality orchestra.

Surralis c5 was better imo, mages sleep was fixed and they added nice new zones, it was a bit more balanced :)
