I travel with Turkish Airline New York to Istanbul all the time everything is ok except they are always late never on time and if you have a connecting flight they make you run to catch it. To bad for such a big airline bad management.

can someone tell me what routes does turkish fly the a350? I've read that it flies to JFK, and for a while bookings would show JFK with a350, but only a few days later it shows all jfk flights with 777 for as far as you can book! Infact, the only place i see a350 in North America is Montreal and it doesn't have any business class seats available for points booking.Most sites i see show that turkish was scheduled to flu a350 to JFK from oct to march of at least, but its all 777 and i cant find any where. There business class on 777 is so bad that its a make or break deal and i dont know if i should wait the planes changing or business availability from Montreal and risk losing available seats or just accept my loses and fly the 777

Hey bud, would you recommend Turkish Airlines if i’m flying from NYC to Mumbai? How would you compare their service to united economy or delta? And lastly, Is there normally enough time to get to the connecting flight in a 2.5 hour layover?

Absolutely! TK is a solid option, and IST airport is fantastic for connections. Thank you!
yeah there’s no additional security screening when you walk off your flight to your connection, all you do is show your ticket for the connecting flight (mumbai). after that, you can walk straight to the gate, although the airport is huge so that could take twenty mins.
No additional security screening only if traveling from the US, Canada or Europe.

Great video. Unfortunately it was cloudy so you couldn't see the Italian Alps and the Greek islands. I'm flying Houston-Riga this September r/t on SAS for $828. Turkish Airlines, my favorite, wanted over $200 more. To fly Istanbul-Riga they now make a big circle to avoid Belarus and Ukraine. The flight takes 30-40 minutes longer than before.
you mean Swiss alps ......3 times flying with turkish from New York never seen they flying over Italy!
and again they dont fly over greek island ether .....when they fly from usa or from Europe !
@@firstsoldier4257 I flew from Houston to Istanbul and they fly further south. We had great views of the Alps but maybe they were in Switzerland or Austria. Sometimes the flight goes straight over Spain and lower Italy if the jet stream dips. sometimes they fly over Greenland and Iceland. I have never flown JFK-IST.

No water for breakfast? It has been my experience that water is served when the drinks cart (separate from the meal) goes around. At that time, you can request water, sodas, coffee/tea, etc., as well as alcohol in some flights. In any event, you could have asked for water, no?

I miss Aeroflot. Used Aeroflot and another time used Turkish, it is a big different. Aeroflot better and cheaper.
Depende de la ruta, Aeroflot subió mucho su calidad en el servicio, sin embargo en términos generales está lejos del servicio que ofrece Turkish.
