I'm going there tomorrow but I've never climbed before and I'm about 40kg over weight I walk 20km 3 times as week so I think I should be fit enough. However I'm scared watching that video I recon it would take me 3 times as long to get down that mountain. otherwise I would die. Would you think I would be all right to climb it with everything I've told you?
40kg overweight? If you walk 60km per week you should be OK. Coming down is scarier than going up - just keep looking ahead to see the best path. Going up is more physically demanding. It would be difficult to fall any great distance (except at the very top). There is one very tight squeeze point - you may have to find a way around it. Take plenty of water. Good luck!
