Good job on the fabrication. I like your printed mock-up approach.
Looks killer! great job
Looks awesome keep up the great work brother
Some clean stuff there.
New subscriber, love the cleanliness and quality of your videos.
Thanks for subbing!
good fitting 🤙🏼
Dream motor😍
You will have more clearance under the hood than you think. Not a fan of 2j in a rotary, coming from triangle purist, but love how clean setup is. and fc are bad ass but thats just from a guy with 2 fc haha. and and rx8 :)
also like the fab tools and setup in the shop very clean and organized. I know the struggles of figuring out aluminum but looks like your getting the hang of it. Like any welding though its all about seat time and practice.
Hey, I’m planning to do custom exhaust and intercooler pipe for my project. How were you able to partner with vibrant? That would help me with my budget. Thanks!!
There’s a sponsorship application form you can fill out on their website 🤙🏻
@@heintztyler thanks!! And great work with your project. 🙌
Hey dude , great work and nice setup you have wish you luck , quick question, what size length and width your using for your routing belt cuz my setup is same as you
Thanks! I assume you're referring to the serpentine belt? The 4 pulley setup has terrible surface area and I've found that many people are having issues with belt slip and whine. If you check out my instagram @heintztyler, I just posted about a new idler pulley bracket setup I'll be releasing this summer that drastically improves this.
Subscribed...madddd skills!
Appreciate it!
The way you walk us through everything and your analytical approach is excellent!
Loving the build man. Few question.s I’m looking to do similar fab for an intercooler setup. What bandsaw blade are you running for cutting your aluminum. And what do you use for cutting your ferrious metals?
Appreciate it! If I cut intercooler piping on the bandsaw, I use a Milwaukee thin metal blade. If I'm not using the bandsaw I usually use my Evolution cold saw with their aluminum specific blade.
@@heintztyler do you happen to remember what the tpi for the blade is. Trying to figure out the best choices for aluminum with it
@GetItAt_WiLL When I bought my bandsaw I grabbed a thick and thin blade without even looking at the tpi. I've used both without issue but if I were specifically buying a blade to cut aluminum I would choose one with a higher tpi.
wax your bandsaw blade if you're cutting aluminum. Any old candle wax will work.
