    I used to tell my children, no body teaches you how to be healthy when so many commercial companies only focus on 'Taste'. Now with you on the scene to share good advise on how to use food to be healthy I take back my suggestion. Business only emphasizes on "Taste' and presentation'. Taste purely made out of right proportion of "Salt, Sugar and Fat'. When you mix taste with ignorance this is literally deadly combination. Classic example of 'your health is in your hands' , Namaste

    Nimmarasam badulu chintha pandu veyyandi + Nuvvulu + dosa ginjalu doraga venchi, veelulli paaya rebbalu 2 vesi grind tomato chutney cheyyandi. Hmm.. yummy. 2 vellipayalu+endumirchi, kobbari+nuvvulu kooda podi chesukoni thinna vedi annam lo, neyyi vesukunte. Baaguntadi. Nenu curry leaf chutney anna karvepaaku podi cheskoni thinta. Utti palli podi guda baaguntadi, kandi podi kuda chesulovachu- health paranga nenu chesevi. I like your receipies too.

    Dear Naturopathy Doctor, I really appreciate the kind of recipes you are sharing are really healthy. Do you think we will have so much time in our daily life to cook this kind of food while we will be busy rushing to the office. Usage of Non-stick pans and Microwave/oven also lead to health issues, hope you must be aware of this fact.
    But, Do you think the dieticians who are recommending minimum salt and oil intake is fine on daily basis are fools. Absolutely Zero salt and oil in the diet may also lead to other health issues. Anything consumed on a moderate level should be fine. Definitely, I agree that salt and oil intake is not good for health but completely bringing it to Zero is not the right point from my perspective. you are also promoting very strongly that intake of Non-veg will lead to health issues, but there are reports that intake few items like fish and chicken will provide nutritions value which cannot be found in vegetables and pulses and green leafy vegetables. While few of you're recommendations are absolutely worth to follow in the diet and while few are worthless and meaningless .

      Here the idea is to not completely stop salt or oil. However these type of items are in our hands to minimize or stop using salt/oil whereas the items you buy from outside like mixtures or sweets or chips or soft drinks, biryanis or whatever those all have enough salt and oil . That amount is sufficient on a monthly basis. So following completely is your thought process as if you are going to follow 100%. If you are new you cannot follow 100%. It is a step by step process so do not think you have to stop using them right now but slowly you can acheive it.
      Also you can google how much amount of salt intake per day is recommended. Its one tablespoon or 1 and half tablespoon. But do you really think you are taking only tablespoon daily? It will be thrice or sometimes 4times including all the stuff you eat in a day. So do not criticize before knowing the facts

      @@anveshm5397 Thanks Anvesh M for the Free Gyaan, which i am already aware of. I think you don't watch doctors Videos i believe. The idea he stated very clearly to gradually stop the intake of salt and oil. Human being needs oil and salt it is required for the body. You may google this and check. of course in a moderate level.
      Now, coming to the point, mixtures, chips, soft drinks, unhealthy foods, biryanis, i think you will consume on daily basis but we i mean i don't. I am very well aware of what i am eating and how much salt i consume on daily basis, i know the facts better than you. You are nobody to tell me what i should follow and what i should not follow. you better be in your limits.
      Criticizing or appreciating is my choice. If i feel he is sharing some worthy information i always appreciate and that information should be meaningful and useful to everyone not worthless. Every human body is different and it reacts differently on consuming various foods.
