Dear Naturopathy Doctor, I really appreciate the kind of recipes you are sharing are really healthy. Do you think we will have so much time in our daily life to cook this kind of food while we will be busy rushing to the office. Usage of Non-stick pans and Microwave/oven also lead to health issues, hope you must be aware of this fact. But, Do you think the dieticians who are recommending minimum salt and oil intake is fine on daily basis are fools. Absolutely Zero salt and oil in the diet may also lead to other health issues. Anything consumed on a moderate level should be fine. Definitely, I agree that salt and oil intake is not good for health but completely bringing it to Zero is not the right point from my perspective. you are also promoting very strongly that intake of Non-veg will lead to health issues, but there are reports that intake few items like fish and chicken will provide nutritions value which cannot be found in vegetables and pulses and green leafy vegetables. While few of you're recommendations are absolutely worth to follow in the diet and while few are worthless and meaningless .
Here the idea is to not completely stop salt or oil. However these type of items are in our hands to minimize or stop using salt/oil whereas the items you buy from outside like mixtures or sweets or chips or soft drinks, biryanis or whatever those all have enough salt and oil . That amount is sufficient on a monthly basis. So following completely is your thought process as if you are going to follow 100%. If you are new you cannot follow 100%. It is a step by step process so do not think you have to stop using them right now but slowly you can acheive it. Also you can google how much amount of salt intake per day is recommended. Its one tablespoon or 1 and half tablespoon. But do you really think you are taking only tablespoon daily? It will be thrice or sometimes 4times including all the stuff you eat in a day. So do not criticize before knowing the facts
