This is what I love about calisthenics. You can truly work to failure and the worst that can happen is you fall on your face (push up wise). But I've never fallen on my face. Even when it gets down to sets of 5 or less, you keep that damn goal in mind and push it out. Good money 💯💯💯💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

But the reps were not consecutively done, with no breaks, but in chunks.
I don't count this as 200.
When I give a rep count, I mean non stop (consecutive).
I would like to see the time limit removed, as this is not a 'race' but a test to determine if the guy can do the rep count, period.
His form, however, was nice & clean. And he showed determination in completing all reps.👍

You're getting me worried with all that punching. You know how Harry Houdini died? He had appendicitis caused by somebody punching him in the gut.
How about cutting that challenge down to 150? 15 per minute might be doable. Has anyone made the 200 in ten minutes.
Since you asked I do 100 in 3:58
and I just attempted 200 in 10 and I came in on 200 in 9:48 and by the way I’m 64 years old.
