Master the Art of Smoking: Old Country Gravity Smoker Review

Is the Old Country Gravity smoker the ultimate combination of offset smoke and pellet convenience? We're putting it to the test with a couple of racks of St. Louis ribs.
I've had this smoker for roughly two years now and so I've gotten used to its benefits and limitations. I'm not a big fan of reviewing a product I just purchased because there are a lot of little things that can be missed.
