They say the secret to success is to surround yourself with the best team you can muster. This video is a great demonstration of that expression and a wonderful insight into your review process. Many thanks for taking us behind the scenes at TE. ❤
Oh dear god that looks like a lot of work. I simply never thought about where the cars came from. I thought the moving shots were official press shots, I didn't realize you were doing them all yourselves. I very much enjoyed this video.
Love a good behind the scenes! Stuff like this is what rekindled and stoked my love of filmmaking and got me into doing sound work as a side gig. It's so much fun seeing how it's made and knowing the tiring but satisfying process. Great work y'all, keep it up!
Wow, that's really impressive. I've always liked that you, Kate and your team are self-made automotive journalists, and your skill with the A/V tech shows. Glad to be supporting you on Patreon. You're lucky to have Michael too.
A very informative look into WHY your content is so remarkable. What a team y'all make. Thank you, as always, for thoughtful and sober looks into all of these so-pertinent issues!
Wow, 😮thanks for sharing this. I love seeing the behind scenes work and learning how everything is done. Seeing the finished product is very cool, but I know most people have no clue just how much work goes behind it. You guys are doing an amazing job. 👏
... and a very prosperous new year to you. Your reviews are really-really well done. The entire crew should be proud of what you are doing. Also your review of the GM EV put the GM product onto my "well maybe" list. Giving the facts swayed my opinion.
As we discussed in a previous video, I’m a music major, and Kate’s a biochemist turned nurse ;). You can see my back story here: ua-cam.com/video/FBtJaqu1UE4/v-deo.htmlsi=TbpNHgyDbKgwv7jr - Nikki

Thanks for a glimpse behind the scenes! And happy holidays to to the entire TE team!

Some of the video that automakers have in their press portal are a bit… naff.
Very interesting! I am amazed at what you are able to do with such a small team! ❤
Over the last 20 years, software has gotten a lot better. Still having the best paint brush in the world doesn't a great artist make.
I appreciate the effort but do occasionally feel that you deserve better recompense for a socially necessary and valuable service. Thank you team.
It’s not trendy or well paying to try to do what we do, sadly!

Cool!! Thanks for taking us backstage. Love this - you’re all such geeks ❤
Jeepers! I'd had some idea how much preparation and effort went into making these, but WOW. No wonder they look so good! Excellent!
Jeepers indeed!
I didn’t know you were from the good old Portland. I really like your content. Keep doing excellent work!
Hell of a lot of work but I am sure it is satisfying once you see the results. Thanks for sharing and a very happy new year.
❤ nice view of how things get done

It's fun to see this behind the scenes video. I like these kinds of videos, you are welcome to do more.
Wow. This is a very elaborate process. Thank you for your commitment to making the best possible content. ❤️
Happy Holidays you guys!

I'd be interested in knowing how you all became so tech savvy in the first place. I.T. majors in college, just grew up around it etc?

Classic origin story
Who here in 2024? Nineteenth. 2020-2024 were the good timez, who knew.
Something...
Yes, and a random thumbs up to hope it helps
More unnecessary drone shots, fake lens flare and slow-mo please
Drone shots are good. Real lens flare is an art form. Slow-mo next extra slow for some stuff.
It can all be good, or at least fun & funny
