ghoulia was always one of my favorites. i remember really wanting her as a kid when she first came out but she was always so hard to find in stores near me so i was never able to get one. you’re really living my childhood dreams right now omg
as an autistic person it kind of pisses me off how parents shrugged ghoulia off as an "ableist stereotype" when i think she's the best representation imo. she isn't shrugged off as "dumb" or "babyish" in anyway, and i love how she's portrayed as smart. this custom is amazing btw! it's so nice looking!
It's so sad how much good autistic rep is either discredited (because of stereotypes that depict autism as "bad" and this character is "good" so they can't be like that.) Or people thinking there is something wrong with the creator for including the character at all.
I remember the episodes on the Monster High website that I would watch with my sister. Ghoulia advocated for other zombies that were being discriminated for being too slow to be any good at sports. And she calculated an epic gamer move lol. She beat the bigots into fine powder with her skill and her smarts. I always liked her for her dependability. It's sad that she's not in the reboot. She deserves better 😔

I could watch these revamps over and over and over again without getting bored. 💖 Maybe at the very end of the series you could do a big video or a "finalizing" project by giving the dolls the type of clothing you think would best suit their revamped versions, since your artwork and hand made clothing is so striking in comparison to what the dolls are originally wearing! Just an idea (to perhaps extend this series for my... selfish viewing pleasure... ehaha) Genuinely though, do what you love and don't push yourself too hard! If something like a whole wardrobe restyle would be too stressful then simply rewatching your gorgeous videos is more than enough entertainment for me

My kids often joke that I am a mom zombie (mombie is my nickname) because I live with a chronic condition that causes mobility and cognitive difficulties that make me very Ghoulia some days. 🖤🤣 I am also a bit goth and have a bit of a shabby style with a mixture of goth and retro clothes.

Never really liked ghoulia growing up, but nowadays she's my second fave in outfit. Love the layering, the patterns, the colors. I absolutely LOVED how you made her hair the first time, really alternative, kinda childish with the braids but in a edgy way.

I kept them in really good condition and they could have been great figures but I'm dumb and I get rid of things that I shouldn't.

when i saw a vid of you doing ghoulia popped up, i was HYPE. ghoulias always been my favorite, and many years ago i bought myself an OG ghoulia, and shes one of my favorite possessions. her face mold is so unique, and her color palette is so fun. i love the makeup you chose for her, and i bet ghoulia the character would too!!

Never really liked ghoulia growing up, but nowadays she's my second fave in outfit. Love the layering, the patterns, the colors. I absolutely LOVED how you made her hair the first time, really alternative, kinda childish with the braids but in a edgy way.
She's PERFECT! Omg Ghoulia is my all time favorite and you did her to such wonderful justice! You captured her essence and elevated it in such a lovely way, I love the addition of the decora-esque pins and her little gamer girl headset! AAAAA! Bravo!

i have the original dolls in their boxes ghoulia is my fave. my doll looks like the cartoon at the beginning of your video, ghoulia is a zombie after all, she's gunna have grungy punky clothes half of the sleeves worn back then were raggy, it all adds to character.
Ghoulia's design has never been my favourite, but yours looks so cool!!!

The froggy headphones are genius. I think it's now time for a lagoona. I need to see my girl. When monster high first came out, I had a clawdeen and a lagoona and I really regret giving them away. I kept them in really good condition and they could have been great figures but I'm dumb and I get rid of things that I shouldn't.
