@@cornfieldcustoms this is one time when things going sideways is a good thing though, I thought going on a bender was for after work :} yes I know you might not catch my jokes and take your work very seriously, and very attentive and detail oriented, it is appreciated getting to watch all the forging and forming and you telling us the step by step. not everyone will they do all the magic but dont go into detail about it. how many ton is the bending ram's pressure?
Once again you have shown the quality you deliver. I would love a custom chassis for a57 Chev which I’m hoping to procure in 2026 when I visit the states.
Great work Mike I have watcher you do other rail sets before and still like you do other types and all the different things you do some day I hope to meet you . I was at AEMA last year and missed my chance Thanks
Sure beats pie cutting and welding thats for sure. What file or program do you use? I'm thinking about having some rails bent for my willys pickup chassis.
This is just reaffirmation on my part. I will be getting rails bent by you for a few of my personal projects. I have customer work to get through and a chassis table to build.
Insanely great work and within driving distance
Thank you
What an education ,great to see how you bend your frame rails.
Thanks for watching!

@@manga12 not sure on tons of output but its more than enough
@@cornfieldcustoms I am quite sure it is you have done some really thick walled tube on video.
I had a set of early cj2a frame rails bent up. Nice to see how they did it.

Sounded like the machine wasn't even challenged by the tubing.
Nice work
nope it runs nice and smooth on the .120 tube
Beautiful, custom, work
@@glennroy2747 thanks
Love to watch you work! Nice work!
Thanks
Looks great, and great explanation on the process
You make it look easy
Thanks for watching and the continued support
Nice T-shirt, Lucky makes cool stuff too and is a cool guy.
Yea lucky is a good guy for sure
The Mustang and Corvette rails are for my shop neighbor. If the road they are going to was a lake, it would be easy to see through.

Thanks 👍
good looking frame rails looks like they put there c--knoch in the design , very cool
Only thing more fun than what you just do is build frame up vehicle. Thanks for your help.
yep, i build a lot of complete frame up designed and hand built cars as well. The rail bending is just one aspect of the work i do at my shop
the machine and you are impressive thanks
Many thanks!
Looks great Mike 😎
Thanks
great work just wish you were in Australia get a set for my 1935 sedan maid, think shipping at current rate pushes the out of reach
@@shanewenzel261 i sent a pair to NZ a while back and freight was around $1500. The pallet is the hard part making sure its able to be imported
Mike I like your work. If the funds are there, I would love to own a pair for my 54 Chevy pick up.
Thanks, just let me know, I already have that era chevy truck frame designed
Great job
Thank you, very informative
@@jonspence6782 thanks for watching
v nice, how did they make them before that type of bender?
@@theessexhunter1305 i had to Mitre cut and weld them. Big auto manufacturers stamped them in c channel halves
@@cornfieldcustoms Fair play, but with the stamping then they could have gone up a gauge or 2 as back in the day it was all about "steel" lol

Awesome. Mustang frame rails? Must be for a racer.
@@paladin0654 not really. I do a lot of mustang frames where they ditch the crappy stock style unibody sub rails
@@cornfieldcustoms Good to know, thanks. I've always been skeptical of high HP unibodies.
What is the approximate average cost of a couple of rails?
@@grandmajosephine383 full length rails start at $1100 a pair
