I look forward to watching you each day. The simple joys of watching your family has been helpful for my mental health after losing my daughter to cancer. I thank you all so much. But when you use go pro when walking I unfortunately can't watch, I get motion sick, and it's just too much for me. But I wait for the spots without it.

I think I like the angle from the tripod more. Actually seeing what you do is a lot more relatable to me because we can see everything you're doing versus your point of view which is blocked sometimes because of movement. But both aren't bad because the different angles are what we see and seeing you doing the actions is fun cause personally I see how to do things in full motion.

What permanent tree Stanton for the cows in some areas. It is not hard to make a milking station attached to a single tree on one side. A simple rectangle with a place to hold the cow's head to one side with maybe a post on the outside for strength.

Put the pipe behind the 6x6 and attach it to the 6x6 with a lag bolt. Attach chain to pipe and off you go. The setup you have puts direct strain on the screws and bolts.

Always learning, good man setting up your sitter on the top even though it was just that much more to figure out. You’ve earned every grey hair and doing a damn good job Justin keep it coming because this content is what many myself included absolutely are looking for. Inspiration and motivation to learn and create that often comes with the obstacles of life , a little tiny glimpse into the daily life of one farmer and his family kickin butt and busting the chores out. Lots of positive thinking pros on dogbowl

I know it's frustrating that the milking shed got damaged - but I can tell you why that's a GOOD thing.
It's good that the carabiner bent and the skid plate was torn off - because fixing those weak links is cheap and easy.
It much more expensive to fix major damage to the milking shed, or a broken side-by-side.
You want weak links like that so your repair bills stay low. Keep using cheap carbineers that bend easily.

I like how you and your children brainstorm together Justin. There’s so many families that tell the kids to “be quiet!” “let me think!” “I don’t want your help!”… and so forth. But you have raise your children to have a voice and I think that if you’re going to ask them to work as hard as they do, they should be entitled do you have a voice and those children definitely have smart brains!!! They have learned from two parents and I’m very proud of you both for teaching them to sync.
Now the only thing you need to do is put that little baby down because you’re not a baby anymore. You need to teach him to pronounce he ate his words and you need to teach him to walk… Take him to Walmart or whatever store you have the feed store where you can also buy Children’s work boots and get him a pair of high top boots like Daddy or his brothers, And let him grow up. I don’t see this unkindly at all but my grandmother had a son laid in life probably 8 or 10 years later after her other children and she did what you guys are doing and and I knew it first you did it because it was convenient just tell him wish you were in the garden with you around the chickens or whatever you were doing and knowing that he was safe. But he’s big enough and old enough to be up on his own unless there’s a medical reason for it and maybe I’ve missed a video about it… And I apologize if I did but one year olds can walk without having a crying fit and you have a wonderful farm to explore. While you’re at that farm store get him his own shovel and rake & bucket Like the other kids have❣️
If they go gather chicken eggs, he can put a couple in his bucket… Make sure you put some hay in there first oh! Put a hat on him and let him go out there and get dirty and dig and don’t worry if he eats some dirt does every kid does!!
Justin your feet won’t hurt as much if you get that boy off your back and that sounds harsh but I have a bad heart and I have neuropathy extremely badly in my feet and legs from then on colleges she was very overzealous with the chemo drugs until they fired her and I and all her other patients are paying the price 10 and 11 years later. If I have any weight in my hands or on my back, Then I have just that much more pain am I feeding back, just like you do. Take that “baby /BIG BOY”! off your back❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️You will feel so much better I guarantee it because now if I go anywhere someone else carries my purse or my bag of weight and I can breathe better, my feet don’t hurt as much, & NOR DOES MY BACK & SHOULDERS AKA NECK/
ARTHRITIS… so what if he cries?
My uncle just started grunting like a pig if he didn’t get his way thinking they come pick them up again but they made an agreement between themselves they were not going to pick him up anymore and he would throw tantrums and cry -throw fits- kick- bang His head….And when he wanted food or a drink, they wouldn’t give it to him until he tried to say the word & he could not use BABY TALK MORE…I’m done asking you to start this now Because my uncle was six years old and ready for kindergarten or first grade and my grandmother fell carrying him to the classroom and when it was time to go outside, he wanted to teacher to carry him and there was no way she was going to do that and he started crying and having a fit and they had to call my grandpa. The teacher told him until he could walk and talk he could not come back to school!! I know it’s not that far gone back what is Justin‘s health and you having five? Children to take care of, Mom, SO many meals to cook as well as Justin‘s specialty food; care of the gardens and the greenhouse and milking cows and the animals and getting the children to school and everything else that I could list, it is time for you to be free of carrying him please both of you do a favor for yourself. This doesn’t mean you can’t pick him up in your arms and rock him and read him a book or hug him or the other children do the same for him but it’s a new journey for him and for you both. Don’t be afraid of this for him of for Yoymu😊😊❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️🙏🙏 praying for your success and your discernment in this matter. Have a fun time on your trip❣️😊😊

It might appear darker to us viewing on our screens, recorded on a camera which can make things on the camera screen look much lighter, being so light sensitive.
When we're out at dusk, we can still see for a while, until it gets really dark.
Same just before sunrise. It's dark but we can see well enough right around us, & within a few minutes it gets lighter & lighter, & then it's sunrise.
He did wear a headlamp in at least one other vid, so he does have at least one. I guess he didn't feel he needed one.

Pam here….so much time, effort, expense could be saved with a ‘milking’ lane, where cows come from whichever paddock to you for milking, then back. You could have your milk right by a processing room. Exhausting watching the daily struggle with that thing getting lugged all over.
