Today I wanted to talk bag organizers. When I was looking for a bag organizer for my preloved Hermes Kelly, I immediately looked at 7RP because many youtubers seemed to recommend them. However I found they were too expensive for me and wanted to find an organizer with comparable quality without the hefty price and I think I have found it in MaiTai. This is my unbiased, non sponsored review of MaiTai organizers comparing them to felt organizers and 7rp. Hope you find it helpful!

Honestly for the price, maitai is amazing! Plus, it’s so pretty and looks good with an open top bag like the picotin. I think if I was only looking for a liner to keep the inside clean or if it was tiny bag, the samorga 1.2mm thin felt might also work but have yet to try it. Thanks for watching! 🥰🥰🥰

I love Samorga and Zoomoni for other bags but I heard and saw multiple pictures of them leaving indentations on Hermes bags. So for Hermes I think the less rigid fabric MaiTai organizer is a much better and safer option. Thanks for watching Renee! 🥰🥰🥰

Great info! Who knew the extra cost of owning a Kelly, that’s an insane price for an organizer. I could stomach the cost of the bag but not the organizer, which sounds crazy 🤣. Great find as usual with the more affordable mai tai version!
I don’t think I can spend that much on an organizer, EVER! 🤣 The MaiTai is great! It’s still expensive but I’m quite happy with the quality especially compared to the felt ones. 🥰🥰🥰

I totally understand! I mean if you invest so much time and effort and money to finally get a quota bag from the boutique it might be totally worth it to pay the extra and get the 7rp, but I was never in the position to play the Hermes game and for me I think MaiTai is amazing both cost and function. Just wondering if your recommendation has changed after using the MaiTai insert for a few months. Does it leave any indentations in the bag? This is my biggest concern as I am researching for an alternative of 7rp for my new Kelly. 7rp is too pricey for a bag insert imo. Thanks for sharing the video.
My views are unchanged! I have been loving the insert and it has not left any marks. I have no doubt 7rp would be amazing but I just can’t pay that much for an organizer. Also, samorga has come out with 1.2mm felt and I think that may also not leave marks but I have not tried it myself. For me MaiTai has been perfect! 🥰🥰🥰
Do u leave Maitai insert in the bag while storage? How does it work?
No i don’t. Maitai owner told me it’s not meant to keep structure and store long term. More to keep it clean and keep its shape when in use. I take the inserts out and stuff with air paper when I store. I also take all my bags out once in a while to air even when I haven’t used it in a while. Hope this helps! 🖤🖤🖤
I bought a 7rp for my birkin 35 and paid euro 350 but now with tax and delivery, it is Euro 600 each. So super expensive so I did some homework and found Mai Tai. I have now bought 3, 2 for my other 2 birkins and 1 for my 2.55 bag. And paid all in euro 285. This is still not cheap but for the price of my bag, it is worth it. Goodbye 7RP.

Most of the big UA-cam have their inserts sponsored by 7rp. Which is why they raved about it. Not sure if they will be willing to pay for 7rp out of their own pockets.
I agree! I used to think even Samorga was so expensive but I can understand wanting nicer inserts for B & K. That said over $500 is crazy to me!! Maitai is such a great in between. Also, samorga 1.2mm organizers seem ok too if you just want a liner to keep your bag clean. Thanks so much for watching!
You can use a razor to shave the pilling parts of the organizer off.
