It wasn’t lost! It was Stole !!! They have cameras all over in these processing facilities. Those cameras will zoom in if you pick up a 📎. FedEx is 🤥! Please dispute with your bank/cc company.

I would depute the charge with my credit card or PayPal if that was used. You have protection with these forms of payment...the package is not in your possession and was not received. Please look into this, I used to work for a credit card dispute department and you have protection thru them

First let me say how sorry I am that happened to u! Secondly, I had a package come from Hermés sent thru FedEx. The package was clearly damaged and retaped which concerned me, to the point of taking pictures of the unopened package thru to the opened package. Sadly, my suspicion were realized. The inner box had dirty fingerprints on the box and receipt and the item had been removed. Thank goodness Hermés refunded me. It took at least a month, maybe more but it was refunded and I was grateful. I dont know what happened with FedEx but it was an inside job on thier part bc they were the only one that handled the package. I hope they caught their thief!

Noooo....saw the thumbnail and just clicked - already heartbroken to see the thumbnail... I'm so sorry to hear about what happened. It does sound like it's possible the package was stolen in the US...I think you are right in that if they labelled it as Cartier Jewellery there are so many ppl that may have handled the package and just basically stolen it. I'm so sorry to hear about this. There is so much theft everywhere these days - really sad. I hope the thief gets caught. So sad to hear this.

I"m so sorry to hear about this! I would have never thought when buying something preloved it wouldn't come with full insurance. What was the company because when I think of Rakuten it is a shopping cash back site. Hopefully it will still show up, they should not have listed Cartier on it. :(

Kim, so sorry to hear your experience 😞 Yes, packages can be lost but nowadays there are so many dishonest people. I’ve heard FedEx claiming a package to be damaged and send it back to the sender, and once received you can see that package was tampered by an individual. The same reason I prefer the Lindy to the Birkin& the Kelly applies to the puzzzle. The fact it’s not easily recognizable substantially increases its appeal. Unpopular opinion: In my opinion: If a bag is easily identified by people who aren’t collectors or normally have an interest in fashion, gardeners too much attention and it’s not a bag I’d be interested in. I want to wear my bag daily without having to worry about it attracting attention from unsavory individuals in a metro a restaurant or just walking about in the city. I was waiting for a ride share pick up while on vacation & had my Gucci Dionysus bag stolen. Luckily the person was caught rather quickly by an officer near by. When asked, he said he didn’t notice the officer & he identified the bag as a popular brand he could easily resell on eBay.
