That's what always gets me wondering about vlad. He says he grew up in San Mateo which is in the Peninsula (what people would consider the west bay area) but then he's said in interviews that he lived in Oakland as well. The only thing we know forsure is that he left Russia at a young age. I can even name a few names and hoods that had NF members from SoCal varrios. Cucamonga, Bassett , Chino.... and some from the north were part of Eme too..
Just so happen eventually the majority of NF was from the north and so nobody in the south wanted to join them anymore..
