Appropriately celebrating the most satisfying tv villain death of all time!!....
I know this is late by a year but I couldn't believe how damn hairy he was! Yuck!!!
A trick: watch movies at flixzone. Been using them for watching lots of of movies these days.
@Alec Gerardo yea, I've been using flixzone} for years myself =)
Torchwood boy. Don't be conned into this flixzone stuff, I was there and you don't get any. They should get these scammers off utube.
Dawn sitting there with Tara really gets to me. Tara was like Dawn’s mum after Joyce died, and even before Joyce’s death, Tara was the only Scooby who treated Dawn like an equal. Dawn has come home from a seemingly normal school day to find her best friend and mother figure lying completely alone and dead on the floor. And so she stays with her for god knows how many hours; long enough for the sun to set.
Grace Phillips and it’s in the same house where her mother died a year ago. I can’t imagine that.
Absolutely heartbreaking. I agree. Poor Dawnie.
Yeah, it's a moment where a lot of people changed their minds about Dawn.
dawn has gone through so much from learning that her entire existence is a lie to her mother dying and her sister dying then coming back then her surrogate mother Tara dying and staying with her also smaller things like going through joyce's condition that whole time and she was actually close to riley so seeing him go and willow almost killing her in a car accident and being hunted and captured by a god. that girl goes through a lot
Why didn't she call for an ambulance? Always seemed weird that nobody tried to get Tara help. Even is she died instantly they could have tried to revive her.
I STILL use the phrase "bored now" because of Willow.
Me too. It's a surprisingly handy phrase.
And me. I latched onto it after vamp Willow used it in The Wish. As said, it's surprising how many situations it suits!
My cell phone case has dark Willow saying "Bored now." Best case ever.
all the time...
I do too. Or Spikes "And suddenly I am so painfully bored"
Dawn staying there with Tara gets me every time, it’s really one of the moments that turned her character around for me. It show so much compassion when her character was so shallow (from an adult perspective, I think she’s a perfect teenager.) and this just showed her growth into a slightly more mature character.
Agreed! I didn't much care for Dawn before, often found myself annoyed at her, but in this scene I grew to love her
I seriously being know why everyone hated her. She was a vital character.
angelstouch I know she was a kid going through so much poor dawn
I was actually into Dark Willow when she was slowly killing him with the bullet but then was horrified when she flayed him. Although, rationally, it was merciful in a twisted way that she ended up killing him so fast in the end.
Paloma Vega even though in the comics it's shown Warren survives
How the fuck did he survive that?
Agust Nation Amy kept him alive. He was only dead for like a millisecond but then died for real after the Seed of Wonder was destroyed and she couldn't use magic to keep him alive
Thank you! Any idea on why Amy's character changed so much from before she became a rat to after she was turned back human?
It was honestly a dumb storyline, the whole Amy/Warren thing
Amber Benson was actually dating Warrens actor at the time these scenes were filmed!
Really? What's your source on that?
It wasn't exactly a secret. They have a lot of UA-cam videos together. His name is Adam Busch.
Even as a long term Buffy superfan from DAY ONE you learn something new in the UA-cam comments!
(To be fair, the internet wasn´t really a thing yet, when I first watched this!)
Actually I think one of the reasons Buffy was so successful was that it was one of the shows which really caught on in the internet age.
Oh, that's just great!
Finally Dark Willow. =D She doesn't last long, but she sure as hell makes an entrance. xD
And leaves quite an impact on Willow for the rest of the series.
This comment gives me Lexa’s vibe
Dark Willow is just amazing! Can't wait for you to see the rest of the season😊
Hannigan really gave a memorable performance here, probably one of the best in her entire carreer! At the beginning of this season, I would have never ever, ever guessed, that she would be the final villain! Plus, I just LOVE her line delivery from 6:39 onwards. I just love her character. And I can´t wait for the finale, either! Made me cry even more than the season 5 finale, although it´s close.... Season 7 to me is just meh.....
I’ve been waiting for these since the beginning!!!
David Wilkins Yes since he fell for sweet Willow in episode one we knew where she would go.
"No I liked her hair the other way" HAHA so cute
DARK WILLOW IS THE BEST! Isn't it cool that Willow is your favorite character and villain!?
right?!
yeah!
I don't like Dark Willow. I never will. Not only because I don't like Villains in general, but *because* Willow is my favorite character of the whole show since *FOREVER* and I hate to see her suffering.💔
The story of Dark Willow begins :). I must also add that it's the climax of Willows addiction to magic she has fallen off the wagon big time.
"Dark Willow is incredible" I have never been so HAPPY😆
I loled at "How are you going to read all of them?"
"Bored now." Your reaction, adorable, but also probably the reason why I love watching reaction videos period. You're one of the best. ;)
I don’t think Anya gets enough credit for trying to save Willow from herself. Anya may be a demon once again, but she still loves Willow enough to try to stop her darkness from rising.
Omg your reactions are exactly why you're my favourite channel. Scare-cam flinches at the simplest scenes, but passionate reactions to the realest human actions
And thus a set up whole show in the making happens. And a callback to all the way to Season 3 happens. Its ironic on how much of this Dark Willow arc parallels the Vampire Willow from back then. Really drives home of how far back such an idea was planted. Willow always threaded the line between lust for power and hiding oneself. Now, just like Buffy, she is unable to just take it and pretend everything is fine.
Also the moment where Willow screaming at Osiris hurt him really establishes how powerful she is. She literally hurt or killed a god. And a full-fledged god unlike Glory, the confrontation with whom also was caused by Tara being hurt.
And I see you fell for Spike red herring too. A lot of people do because its easy to expect the worst out of characters when things are dark. Alas this season's message seems to be that even in the darkness there's always some semblance of light and hope remaining.
She didn't kill Osiris, she banished him after summoning herself, and I think Glory still beats Dark Willow (if she doesn't act all arrogant) but i love your comments great insight! :)
Great videos man!!! Love to see how others than myself react to these amazing episodes of Buffy. I've watched them when I was in high school when it originally aired and seeing it still being watched these days (although you video is from 2017, still ' these days' lol)... it never gets bored and stays amazing to watch. I've bingewatched all the seasons every 2 year since it stopped =)
And that is why "Bored now" is one of my favorite phrases from this whole series.
incredible reaction thanks you
Darth Rothenberg
Benjamin O'Donnell sith lightning and all 😈😈😈😈😈
Your reactions are so beautiful!!!
I remember when this first aired, and she caught him in the woods, I said aloud, "She's gonna peel him like a grape."
2 min later: "Ho-LY shit! She peeled him like a grape!"
Live me some evil Willow.
Not bored now with this reaction. 2 more if you react to them both, I know you did them awhile ago
I think her and Tara were kinda gay...
LMAO! Ha haa, what happened to "No Willow. Stay away from that magic. I do not like her messing around with that stuff."? Now it's "I fucking love dark willow. yay." lol. I knew you'd come around. Season 6 is my favorite out of all of them. Loved it, cuz you finally got to see her character really come into her own and become bad assed, and a real threat.
I don't like Dark Willow. I never will. Not only because I don't like Villains in general, but because Willow is my favorite character of the whole show since *FOREVER* and I hate to see her suffering.💔
These last 4 episodes of the season have been the episodes I've waited for since you started this series. So exciting
back when seasons 6 and 7 were airing, I roleplayed as Dark Willow, occasionally Vamp Willow and Vamp Xander
SOOO good to see someone reacting to these last few episodes! Not my favorite season overall, but I think this last 4-part episode is my favorite season finale. Next episode (part 3 of Dark Willow) is INSANELY good! Seeya next week lol
Willow saying "bored now" was perfect, just as Warren was trying to pull some complete crap about how he learned his lesson.
What stands out to me now than it did when I was little is how much blood Xander has on him compared to buffys shoulder
Probably because Xander was moving around a lot more: putting pressure on the wound, running into the house and calling 911, flagging down the ambulance, etc (not to mention he was almost certainly panicking a bit). Meanwhile, Buffy is laying still on the ground with pressure being applied to the wound, both of which restricting the spread of blood. The end result is that the blood that gets on Xander (especially on his hands) gets smeared everywhere while the blood on Buffy stays relatively contained near the wound.
Willow scream-exploding either osiris's face or his messanger clerk is the first clue: Willow's PISSED, and someone's gonna DIE
Why do people call her Dark Willow, like she's not being "real Willow" anymore. She's still Willow. This isn't her alter ego. This is how Willow reacted to Tara's death and it's her. People have many sides to them.
Because it is a Her darker self.
I think it is because Willow gets consumed by her dark aspect and those other parts of this complex character do get suppressed so that she can find vengeance.
Sis she's literally using Dark Magic
I think its probably cause that's what joss whedon called her the guy who created Buffy. He called her that and i also think ppl probably say dark because her clothes are black her eyes are black her hair is black. Dark 😆 duhh
@@legionairre9364 your comment made me litteraly LOL hahah I was thinking the same thing like I'm hello look at her she's went dark in all aspects
Loving these videos bro. Its Dark Willow.
I came here directly from the Gift reaction and just the stark difference between how he looks, you've been through some shit.
Living for these reactions!
Trivia: The actress who played Tara dated the actor who played Warren IRL for years.
Though I've seen this episode before, it wasn't until I watched your video that I realized what Willow said before killing Warren. You're right. What a chilling callback.
🖤❤️ I love Darth Willow.❤️🖤 Great reaction Torchwood Boy!
I’ve been waiting for so long for these three episodes!!!!!❤️ No matter how many times I watch these episodes they never get old or fail to make me emotional lol
I wish I could see your entire reaction for this episode and the next two.
I imagine it was hard trying to condense 45 mins of each episode into only 10mins
She has several epithets after this arc: Dark Willow, The Madwoman, Slayer's Hex Mistress, Willow the Red, Darth Rosenburg, etc.
BrandSinger C. Most powerful witch of terra frima by the super coven
What's this mean
Can't wait for when you get to Chosen.
"Grave" first.
Yellow crayon.
She says “One Down” at the end that’s why the next episode is called “Two To Go”
Appropriately celebrating the most satisfying tv villain death of all time!!....
Yay, you're reacting to my fave and most painful episodes....
Scary veiny Willow is my favorite. These last episodes of season 6 are awesome.
This reaction was not what I was expecting xD
Dark!Willow is what I remember calling her in high school. Dawn sitting with Tara crushed me and I remember staring at my TV for minutes after the show ended because WILLOW JUST SKINNED A MAN (even if they had to keep his pants on because hi it's tv).
I fell in love with her at "No more talking!"
Just like "The O.C." creator Josh Schwartz said, that Summer actress Rachel Bilson had him at "Ew!"
Oh it's such fun knowing ahead of time, can't wait to see your reaction to the final scene of season 6
MrLorenzovanmatterho I was a complete wreck after watching that episode,...such an emotional finale to Willows journey.
Thanks for this. Any clues to where you are in which shows (Angel?) in real time?
I came back to this episode because I thought of a great name for bad Willow. How about...
The Wicked Wiccan.
Frak!!! I love your Buffy reactions!!!
everyone has the same reaction to willow killing him and it's absolutely the right one
Your reactions make me wish there could have been a Dark Willow, Zelena, and Regina crossover.
This episode breaks my heart because of how far Willow falls into the darkness due to her grief. When you think things can't get any worse... Oooo boy they get worse.
And at 7:27 - That is not what he came for #NoSpoilersFromMeThough
Don't worry about spoilers. Torchwood Boy already finished the show and recorded all of his reactions. But he's uploading weekly because it's better that way, and it's a LOT of work to edit these things and keep reacting to other shows.
As The Wicked Witch of The West in Wizard of Oz says 'Ill get you my pretty and your skin too! Lol 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 Warren deserved it!
love to see you... so much
I've already seen this reaction, and neglected to upvote it, corrected now. But that bus driver is pretty much the only person in the entire series of California drivers who has tried his best to avoid hitting a pedestrian! (OK, technically, there was a driver in S1 "The Harvest", but we're not grading on a curve!
03:35 - 03:42 The real question probably is:"Why do you guys *have* those many dark magic books?>__
Dark Willow gets waaaaaaaay scarier...
How did we come to this? great reaction.
Dark Willow is my god 😍
This was pretty much the Dark Phoenix Saga of the Buffyverse.
Andrew litterally said (she was like dark pheonix back there )
I've been waiting for this since your first buffy post please do the next episode
I don't know if anyone mentioned it but Adam Busch(Warren) and Amber Benson(Tara) were dating at the time and dated for years after this too, so he had to kill his girlfriend on the show lol...
I died when he said "I liked her hair the other way" lol like if you agree 👍
When you're done with Buffy you should react to Firefly amazing TV Show only 11 episodes so pretty short but amazing.
You should react to new marvels runaways trailer :)
That one last scene is more satisfying than King Joffrey's death, just saying.
What's the "bored now" a call back to? I can't remember.
Limegreenyummyyummy Vampire Willow from "The Wish" and "Dopplegangland"
Willow turned to the dark side and skinned Warren alive. Seriously sinister.
Fun fact: Warren returns in his skinless form in the Season 8 comics
najhoant yea they keep saying he didnt die but the fact the first was able to take his form showed he did.
How did Xander not question why Willow was covered in blood?
Jennifer Lawless he was worried about buffy
I think shes just killed osires 😂😂😂😂😂
Where's the "Bored now" a callback line from?
'The Wish' and 'Dopplegangland' both episodes from season 3 that featured a dark counterpart to Willow
From her vampire days episodes if I recall correctly
You are so like me, I talk about it to. Lol 😂👍😁
They should have supported willow with her justice he needed to be dealt with (killed Tara and would have killed Buffy ) If they had supported her like she expected, she probably wouldn't have gotten to the point of almost destroying the world.Willow never let them down but I think Buffy really dropped the ball at least Zander got it right in the end.
i'm surprised at you!
You have to react to the rest of the season!
Holy shit I love willow
If you like Dark Willow then you should read the novels that feature her. I think there are three but I'm not certain.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wicked_Willow
Oh yeah, there is a second Willow vs Buffy fight in the comics (Time of Our Lives part 1-4) that takes place 200 years into the future. Unfortunately, it has a fatal ending so...
Yeah, she appears several times more, but with Willow firmly in control when the gang has to take on more serious villains.
What for real where what are they called ? I need
My name is Warren so all of this was rough...
havok6280 One down !!.
Got over Tara, quick.
david kennedy nah he was just pacified a little by Willows reaction to it. He'll still be sad when she's finished.
I think we all just wanted revenge during this episode.
Dark willow is something I do love but what she does... :(
Tara death was the worst death on this show with the exception of Miss Kitty Dawn siting with Tara the saddest part of this part of this episode. willow what did you do kill warren.
I don't know why people think this is a contest between Angelus and soulless Spike over Buffy's heart. She didn't love either.
Have you ever watched the show. She loved Angel and she fell in love with spike in s7 after he got his soul back. What do you mean she didn't love either of them?. And also where did this subject come from this video is about willow
@@travishauschild2053 She loved Angel; she cared for Spike. She didn't love Angelus and she wasn't really in love with Spike. Even he said so. She just tried to offer him comfort while he died.
@@palomavega6494 they made it pretty clear she loved spike. Hence the crying when she realized he wasnt gonna survive. Plus spike wasnt soulless in the end
not filleted, flayed. big diff.
Boooored now
I can’t believe you’re rooting for Willow to be evil.
who didn't want Warren killed after he shot Tara!? Hell, when I saw willow rip off his skin for the first time I fucking cheered!!
It gave me great joy tbh. That bullet scene is vile but goddamnit did Warren get what he deserved!
Has anyone ever noticed how they always kill off lesbian couples in shows? I HATE it when they do that because they have the best story lines in shows.
They kill off more straight couples than gay ones.
Nobody is safe, regardless of your sexuality.
+Shannon Lee Of course they are proportionately, they appear on screen far less than straight people - so it's not really fair to writers considering often times writers may only have 2 (maybe 3) non straight characters that are well loved (usually) out of a cast of 10-13 on average. So when a writer chooses a gay character to kill off some people lose their shit even if that gay character was the least plot relevant.
I definitely agree that Tara's death - while sad (I wanted them to be a happy family again) - was necessary. I just don't agree that the 'killing the gays' trope currently exists, the way I see it nowadays people tend to be afraid to kill their gay characters out of fear of backlash.
@Jaer Nihiltheus
I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. Going further into this particular discussion will just result in unpleasantness.
Yeah, absolutely, even shows like Xena and Six Feet Under
I suppose so, have a wonderful day/night/whenever.
Willow is my favorite character from the Buffy show,, followed by Anya
Cordelia, Fred and Wesley round up the top 5 characters from this universe - I really hope you pick up Angel after finishing Buffy
She said 1 down not bored now..... Referring to 1 down two to go. Cant wait to see you react to the rest of the series been waiting for you to get to this point!
ThatGirlMar Um, no. She says 'Bored now' right before flaying Warren alive. 'One down' comes after, when she leaves.
She said 'Bored Now' at 10:01 you can go back and see for youself. THEN she said 1 down! :)
She ALSO said "Bored now" before killing Warren. After that, she said "1 down."
Warren is the worst villain in the series. I wish he'd suffered even more. But what's happened to Willow, and to everyone in this season, is so upsetting...
ceres51892 I still don't think he is as evil as Caleb
Jayden J Ah, true. But Warren was an average guy who became a monster for no reason, whereas idk Caleb's back story, you know? Do we know if he was ever normal, I can't remember? But good point
ceres51892 The reason i say that is because Caleb is human, and he willingly and enjoyed being the servant of ultimate evil, and he likes to relive killing his victims. Warren is evil but not to the extent that caleb was, he was downright nasty!
Too bad we can't do this too Trump and his family
Robert Watkins agreed.
This isn't directed at any particular person just something I've noticed a lot when it comes to people in general... Why do people act as if rape is worse than murder? Spike has killed loads of people, literally ending their life, but only when he ATTEMPTS to rape someone is he seen as a monster. Idgi.
I don’t know. Personally I think it’s because everyone kills people on the show, so it’s easier to accept. Also, because this almost rape scene was a betrayal of someone he knew, who (kind of) trusted him, not some stranger. I don’t know though, just a theory.
SaturnHollow I think it's because it feels more personal more vindictive. You don't want to just kill someone you want to destroy them. Is this truly the case no but it feels that way.
I think rape is seem as worst because of the trauma. The victims of a murder are dead, it's over for them. At the same time, the victim of a rape has to live with that violation for the rest of their life, always being tortured with that memory and what they could have done to stop it or what not. It just seems a lot more cruel like a real way of torture someone.
Because it's Buffy whom he loves and may love him?
Very rarely do TV shows like this dwell on the impact of murder like they did with Tara. People become desensitized to seeing killing when bodies drop constantly on TV. Depictions of rape are way less common and it also feels more real because it's something people encounter far more often in their lives.
SPIKE WAS IN THE PLACE OF ANGELUS AND HE. IS. REDEEMABLE. The almost rape was horrific but Angelus would have done it in a second. All Spike needs is a little... Makeover. Please be not so hasty to condemn him.
Sofia Lesage Spike always had the pertential for good I think there where signs of it even before the chip was put in his head.
Michael Shaughnessy absolutely- like when he helps Buffy against Angelus in the season 2 finale :)
Sofia Lesage Yes indeed that early on and he's been helpful to Buffy in subtle ways throughout the show.
BadAndy You have got to remember it's horror fantasy and Spike is still a vampire he's fighting that demon animal all the time. If you look at Spike before he was a vampire he was an incurable romantic and very sensitive some of that personality still is in him I think. That with what you said about Buffy and Spikes sex games is going to be a recipe for disaster.
+Michael Slaughnessy the way we see vampyrism works is removal of inhibitions. Angelus was a petty cruel drunkard obsessed with himself, so becoming a vampire elevated it into psychopath serial killer levels. Spike started out as an emotional insecure poet. So Spike becoming a vampire pretty much made him overtly-emotional mess with no filter.
While what Spike did is inexcusable, his reaction to his own actions matters. Its a total opposite of how Angelus would react - it would be a turn on for Angelus, but Spike is horrified by what transpired and is confused at himself and at what he did. Just like Buffy before, I think that's the moment he realizes how much he hates himself and how much he took it out on others, especially Buffy. And unlike Angelus, Spike is willing to change.
I am gonna watch this without the narriirator so I can thoroughly enjoy watching dark Willow. He is distracting my moment.
Your feed is so full of future plot-lines, they seem to have no care for anything that they write to you, I would recommend you get someone to navigate the comment section, before you see it, your fans do not respect boundaries or protocols......excellent reaction, but your fans would annoy me, so I can not subscribe.
