Try to cook garlic rice its so easy to cook.
Chop the garlic to small and prepare the left over rice, salt and ground pepper.
Saute the garlic until it aroma then put the rice and stir and season it with salt and pepper. Don't put any garnish if you want the taste of pilipino garlic rice.
Now I'm craving for lumpia 🤤
Koreans really love Filipino foods especially garlic rice and adobo or sauteed kangkong..while we Filipinos love Korean foods so much like kimchi, samgyup etc..hahahaha

it will be a more traditionally Filipino way of eating if you used vinegar with patis (fish sauce) or vinegar with salt as your dip instead of ketchup. sometimes we also add diced garlic on our vinegar dip

Thank you for promoting Filipino food! I love garlic rice too but I seldom cook it because it makes me eat more than I want. After watching your last video, I just had to cook garlic rice. I do a little variation. I use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil and I add turmeric powder and black pepper then salt to taste. I am blaming you for making me eat more than my usual! I had chicken adobo with the rice. So yummy!

The best dipping sauce for the spring roll is vinegar with crushed fresh garlic and chili padi, for the crispy pork belly, it is best if you dip it with sauce soy, vinegar, little sugar, crushed black pepper, chili, calamansi and red onion mix together.

Next time you go to the Philippines, be sure to have lechon. The skin is so crunchy, the taste is out of this world and the meat so tender. Be sure to dip the meat in Mang Tomas lechon sauce. Also have the bisteg or bistek. It's thin slices of beef marinated in calamansi and soy sauce then sauteed. The marinade is added to the dish and boiled some more, top it with raw sweet onions or red onions. Uhmm good!!
