That tilt trailer would look awesome with a stump grinder on it 👊💪👍
Been treating trailer decks with a mixture like that for 40 years, it works! Nice trailer. I prefer a full width table top over the low rider style, ride height has never bothered me and good choice on the pintle.
I have a 24 foot tilt deck 14k, spare tire, with lockable tool tray. Diamond C. Best type of trailer I ever had. Dave in Columbia.
They’re good trailers 💪🏻
Super nice trailer! Many nice features. All the equipment you have is high quality and well maintained!
We have a 25,000 lb tilt trailer at work that I pull a cat D3K2 on. It works well. We are looking for an old forestry commission truck with dozer bed to switch to to cut out maintenance and tire cost of a trailer.
That is a very nice trailer Tim. I have one I built on a smaller scale for dual atv etc. no dampener, you just fine it down. 😎
Awesome video Tim, love those tilt deck trailers, that one is saweet, I'm not gonna say what I think you got, I wanna see if I'm right, look forward to seeing the video 💪🇺🇲🌲
That is one bad to the bone Pequea trailer. Stealth mode engaged 😂
Yes lol
I see a skid steer coming. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Tim, I've got a trailer with a treated deck that needs some TLC. Going to try it. I'll borrow the wifey's mop...
Torsion axles are great for onthe road trailers, but not good for offroad use. Lack of articulation between the axles will overload the axle stubs. Manufacters need to develop a walking beam sub-frame to give more vertical travel.
hi there i put that mix in a bug sprayer and put it on the wood sided sheds . good job john
Thats a great looking trailer. Can't wait to see it in action. Stay safe
Very nice trailer, need what works for you only, nobody else matters.
I smell a skid steer in the near future, Kubota
The only negative is that there should be like 4 d-rings on each side instead of 2. Gives more flexibility to haul 2 small machines or one big one.
Like the new trailer Tim! Would love to have one for a quick loader of my John Deere 5065 and bushog! Nice idea for the deck treatment, I need to get mine done. Enjoy sir!
Trailer looks good, should be a great around trailer.
Homemade creosote. Old burnt diesel oil and diesel. Nothing last near as good as that down here on the gulf coast on treated, even untreated lumber. Keeps them old wood boring bumble bees out of it too.
I’m sure you have done your home work on that trailer like you do everything. We had one come in the shop a few days ago needing some welding done and upon our inspection found at the pivot was broken badly. A good looking trailer but they were hauling a mini ex on it.
Looks similar to an ironbull that we have.
I like the trailer, looks like a gator made a little. I have a Lamar 18+6 gravity tilt. Love the extra space up front to carry an addition implement or two for my tractor, or my camping box with my Jeep, or even my slide in truck camper in front of my Jeep. Couldn’t tilt it then tho, fit my ramps from my dump trailer on the back to get the Jeep up and down. It is a pretty good setup, used a friends giant fork lift to put the camper on the front and take it off. Looking forward to your new toy. Also just got done using Ready Seal on my oak deck.
Different question: I got a JD 1025R and been shopping for a 16 ft trailer. A tilt deck sound good. But I would need to build sides to haul mulch. This is just for my gardening hobby. Should I just go with a utility landscape? Or is this idea of a PJ T1 tilt single axle for which I have to build sides an overkill?
Go with a utility landscape trailer.
When you put a new floor on you several years ago I did my trailers you right about doing this to seal the bed.
Works very good
I'm jealous! Love the torsion axle trailers. Those frenched in marker lights are pretty cool. I like the adjustable hydraulic too. Nice purchase! 👍👍👍
Extremely nice trailer. I wish I kept mine. I sold my tilt deck. But I am going with another one. I will be staying away from one brand definitely because I had too have work on with the weld no sooner than I got it. But extremely nice trailer
I agree. That is the BEST wood preservative EVER !!!!
It’s good stuff 👍🏻👍🏻
Nice trailer Tim! If I had to guess I would say you got a new mini with an enclosed cab!
Thinking that their might be a bobcat mini skid in Tim's future.
Bad to the bone trailer matched with a bad to the bone operator, what a combination! Nick, North West Farmer
Awesome as usual Mr. Tim, in the process of redecking a 5 x12 trailer now, will give me a chance to try out your sealing mixture! Looking forward to it!!
Is it a Load Trail brand trailer? Their trailer design looks almost identical to yours... the tail, tail and recessed ramp lights, and full overhang on the deck with diamond plate.
Iron bull
I had two custom built trailers with 7000lb axles, the only way to go. It’s very nice you’ll love it.
Kauman makes a 22ft tilt I like a little better for a skid steer because it has a little more fixed deck that gives you a place to store attachments on the deck.
I didn’t want that long of a trailer. I wanted an 18.
@@cotontop3 I understand, not everyone's mission is the same. Nice trailer either way.
I like the trailer, great addition to your fleet
Tim: I think your new trailer is an absolute “ Boy Dog” of a trailer!
You don’t mess around with mediocre stuff!
Hey ! Great investment! Go gettem Bulldog!!!
Nice trailer, looks very well built. 👌
Can you put permanent tags on trailers in Mississippi? Saves a lot of aggravation if you have several trailers.
You can only if the vehicle ur pulling with has an apportioned tag on it.
@@cotontop3 they passed a law in NC about 30 years ago where you can buy multi year tags for any trailer for 50 bucks and then you don't have to pay property tax but once. They are actually not permanent they are 25 year. I learned that cause I have some on log trailers that finally expired. It's one of the few good laws that the idiots that run our state have ever passed....lol
I have a 20 ft 4 and 16 care a 73hp Kioti and 4 attachments best move I've made.
Looks like a Big Tex - I've got the non-tilt version. I've been real happy with it - congrats!
Not a big tex
@@cotontop3 Dang! Thought I got it! Looks like a well built trailer!!
Looks like an iron bull to me
I figured it was a cam superline
I was first thinking your getting a kubota mini skid but now I’m not sure. Trailer looks awesome!
Kubota is struggling bad just trying to get those things out.
Looks like something someone could get in Seminary MS 🤷♂️
Nice demo. Thanks. I there a reason to use burnt oil other than its wasted otherwise? Does new oil give it a better or worse finish?
It helps preserve the wood.
Nice addition to the herd.
Nice trailer Tim well built and ready to roll congratulations
Yes sir 👍🏻
Nice looking trailer! I wouldn’t display the brand either “unless they are paying you for the advertising”.
Looks like a good trailer to haul a stump grinder on🤔
Gonna do the same to the deck on my 7 x 10 tilt trailer.
So it's 2 parts used oil and 1 part diesel fuel ?
Trailer looks very nice.
That’s a PJ, huh? Looks fantastic
No sir, it’s not a pj.
Trailer built as tough as an Iron Bull.
Good looking trailer Tim
Like it, I have been thinking about a tilt trailer for my tractor 👍.
Great trailer
reduce, REUSE, and recycle ;-) I like it.
Great trailer. It’ll be so nice not to fool with ramps. Now you got me wanting one. Another good wood preservative is spent hydraulic fluid if you could get enough to do the whole thing. Bye-Rite Trailers in Robertsdale, AL built my 20’ deckover for me a couple of years ago for just over $5K. They’ll custom build anything you can dream up or you can buy their standard stuff right there and avoid the middle man markup. One like yours right there will be my next purchase. Can you tell us the weight of it?
3600 pounds
@@cotontop3 Thanks. Keep up the good work, we really enjoy your videos!
I really like the trailer. It would be perfect to haul scissor lifts.
You are exactly right about that.
Very nice trailer Tim, Well wear 👌👍😎
That looks really nice
Could be a iron bull brand
Looks like a T-100 model from Pennsylvania???
Nice tractor trailer. Love the tilt bed. Need one of those (money money) 3/4 Semi-truck that is a super pickup to haul it with big stuff. Saw some at the manufacturer - Have EV version that is power rated like the Diesel rated drive.
Is it a stump grinder u gonna put on there
I like it.
I like my tilt trailers.
Nice trailer.
Good back ground music o and nice trailer
Nice very nice, looking good!!!!!
So what’s the purpose of the little bit of space left over in the front why not make it tilt with the rest of the trailer JW
You coming to Orange Beach Al or Gulfshores? Should bring the kayak to come fishing..
Not that area
@@cotontop3 if you were I'd take out fishing for specks and reds.,
That's slick!
Tilt decks are handier than a pocket on a shirt
Nice not to have to mess with ramps
Correct
Nice trailer!
Thank you 👍🏻
2 gallons of diesel????? You must be rich. That's like spreading gold on the sidewalk here in CA
No 2 oil and 1 diesel lol. I use the fuel from my filters when I change them, so it not as bad lol
why did you take off the stiker, no problem just asking..
They look cleaner without all the stickers.
Ok that is cool
👍
Skid loader coming.
Skid or a stumper
I was thinking a mini wheel loader, lots of tree places here use them. They don't tear things up as much as a skid loader.
All good guesses
Awesome
Very nice.
I like it very nice
Drone spray rig…..that’s my guess
New machine coming
Does the name of the trailer manufacturer start with a M and end with a D?
Lol
Because if it does … they are definitely built as good as a Diamond C and probably better
No sir its not a maxx-d
Tim, how often do you treat the boards & do u mix the diesel/oil 50/50?
6:56 mark tells how.
Cool👍
👍👍
Did you and Jason get a deal on those
Nice 😊 🤙🤙
I'm going to guess you are going to be getting skid steer
Slicker than snot on a glass door knob. I’m not sure how to feel about it not being orange. Seems orange is your unofficial color.
I need about 4 kids and some krylon 🤣🤣
@@cotontop3 nothing a 12 pack and Cottonwood can’t handle.
🤣🤣🤣
So Is there going to be some disco light installation comming soon?
Might put a couple on it.
It’s a pj lol
It's not a pj lol
I have a thought that might give you a good supply of diesel for the mix keep. What there is in the fuel filters when you change them
That’s what I do.
You missed a spot....
🤣🤣🤣
I dont really get the removing the stickers thing . Maybe someone else wants to buy one. Specially since you talk it up so much
So would u like it if I walked by and placed one of my stickers on ur truck? No you wouldn’t. It cleans it up so that I can put my lettering on it.
@@cotontop3 Yes I want a sticker lol
@@apollorobb oh gosh lol
Iron bull
Is this the Iron bull? I’m literally looking at what I think is the same exact trailer. Lots of things I like about it. I’ll be very interested to see how this holds up for you.
