Being able to bring up issues in the moment instead of allowing things to fester and grow into bitterness. We left Columbus Ohio and moved to Arizona. After living there our full lives. How is it going so far ? I don’t miss it at all. We actually moved from pickerington . This is so crazy to see lol Hope you like it and enjoy . I don’t miss those winters at all

Totally agree with the advice to think about one thing at a time and planning in your mind what will be the next task. Multitasking has its time and place but most of the time focusing on a single task until it's complete is the key to not getting overwhelmed when you have a ton of stuff to do. And making sure you give attention to yourself like you said, making sure you have your meditation time in the morning and making sure you eat and getting in your workouts. Your YOU time is a priority. If you feel good and happy, your family will feel the same. Some women feel like it's being selfish to take time out for yourself but honestly, it's a necessity. Love your videos. You're an inspiration.

When I lived in the states I stayed in Ohio 3 years. It was so cheap & a decent place. Tons of corn fields and farms. I just avoided the little cities to be safe. Michigan was also super affordable, and again, just avoid the little cities.

I live in the C.O. been here over 30 years and my husband was born here! Very affordable and it’s a metropolitan city! 🤞🏾

With all those trees around your property, it should look like a wonderland ❄️ but Columbus doesn’t get as much snow as we get up here due to Lake Erie but hopefully enough to make it pretty for Christmas.
