I had the privilege of being in this music video when I was 18 years old. To this day, it has still been an unforgettable experience! All of these guys are genuinely kind and rad too. I will always love Cancer Bats!
I saw them last night. Liam trod on my fingers, sweat all over me, let me sing on Pneumonia Hawk and Hail destroyer, then was happy to have a chat. I also met the rest of the band, and they are so down to earth. Fucking epic.
Thank god for NHL 10 for introducing me to this gem!
More than a decade after, this song still gives me a certain kind of thrill!

They give me a wicked Motorhead vibe. Especially since in an interview they said they formed a band to be one of the loudest bands from Canada. Motorhead has a reputation for being the loudest band ever.

both cancer bats and billy talent are amazing in their own ways, they have quite different styles so its difficult to really compare them against each other
This band's true sound comes from their production. That guitar tone is so fucking sick! Riffs are pretty regular drop D style blues, but hey its working. Sometimes simple is the best kind of rock and roll.
These guys are fucking sick...I love how many other artists they get on there songs just adds that much more, because they have George from Alexisonfire in Pneumonia Hawk and Wade from Alexisonfire in this, They have Ben from Billy Talent in Smiling Politely and they have Tim from Rise Against in Harem of the Scorpions....Amazing band, I'm glad there Canadian we have a couple big bands now helping get us some credit it music

I fucking love the Cancer Bats and all the Canadian's they have gotten for their songs or just cool bands in general...They have this song with Wade from Alexisonfire and then Pneumonia Hawk with George from Alexisonfire, then they have Harem of the Scorpions which is Tim from Rise Against, then they have Smiling Politely with Ben from Billy Talent, and Liam is in Silversteins song Vices

This is about the 3rd song from these guys i have heard, new to there music you see. Kept hearing this bands name pop up all the time so i eventualy decided to have a look at what all the fuss was about and wow, im impressed. @ snozzberries666, OMG! they played in belfast with funeral for a friend, why did i miss that one lol

It's actually Wade from ALEXIONFIRE. He Plays Guitar and and does some rough vocals...but no screaming or shouting. Can't wait to see them live again very soon :D

i agree with you..... he does sound like rise against with less molody actually. but you got to realise that everything has been done before man, its hard to find a band that does not get influenced and has simularities to another band.

I normally don't like metalcore much if at all, but these guys write great sludgy riffs.
The lyrics may be a little cliche but they fit the music really well and I actually relate to this song a lot right now. I'm glad I rediscovered how awesome this band actually is; I haven't listened to them since I was 15 and wearing Bring Me The Horizon shirts.
i thought watching bmth would be amazing now ive got 2 bands to look forward to
