    Japan gets some of the heaviest snow in the world! In February 2022 I headed to the town of Yuzawa in Niigata prefecture to undertake a marathon 48hrs snow measuring challenge during a huge sea effect outbreak. The results blew my mind!

    You should have gone to New York last year. They had something like 80 inches from one storm.

    Goodness gracious that’s a HEAP of snow 😱!!
    They sure are pros at clearing it though.
    BTW James, I hope you and your family are safe after the earthquake that happened. As soon as I saw the news I immediately went to your Twitter feed. I hate to hear about it that’s for sure.
    Thanks for posting this awesome video.

    I feel so conflicted. I hate cold, but I love being surrounded by heavy snowfall. I'll bet that thick of a falling snow muffled the heck out of the surroundings. Was it eerily quiet?

    • @EarthUncutTV
      @EarthUncutTV  2 роки тому +1

      Once away from the wet roads and noise of vehicles it nice and quiet. Not too cold either, just a couple of degrees below freezing.

    Hello, My storm hunting fan in the past 2 years due to the covid 19 epidemic, your hurricane hunting work would be interrupted if there was no covid 19 epidemic, your list of storms recorded 2 more intense super storms that are goni and rai 2 typhoon Philippines monster . Now your video is so fresh and good you edit the video very well the snow scene is beautiful . Well done James. Can you make a list of the number of storms you hunt from 2006 to 2020 because I need to compare you and Josh of Icyclone

      Hey thanks for the message! Yeah missed a lot of storms due to COVID but that’s now behind me - will be chasing A LOT very soon and making this style of video for my storm chases! Here’s my list of chases from 2005 - 2019! Need to add Maysak, Haishen and that thing I chased on Ishigaki last year (can’t remember name lol) www.earthuncut.tv/media-credits
