Indiana Jones and the last crusade movie was on TV today. It reminded me of my visit to Petra. A stunningly beautiful place. Jordan itself is a fantastic country to visit with so much history. Even the birth site of Christ
Funny thing I lived in Jordan my whole life and never even got the chance to see Petra, ONE DAY I WILL!! >◇< Petra is in the South of Jordan and I'm in North.
I was just at Petra earlier today, fascinating place but the walk into the canyon and back is pretty rough. Sneakers are mandatory, you’ll be walking for miles!
Really enjoyed the video. I have made filming locations videos for a few British sitcoms but am having a few issues with copyright as I am using some footage from the program. How did you get around this for your vids?
I'm really sorry for you because I know this problem very well. It actually depends on the owner of the film rights, often the film companies. Some companies allow it, some unfortunately not. I once had days and weeks of creating a location video, but in the end I was not allow to publish it...and so all my work was in vain. It is difficult to say, what is possible and what not. Wish you all the best!!

I am in Jordan right now and have just visited Petra! Incredible experience but rough on the leg some on the walks
I walked it in 40 degree heat

A lot of walking. Because it’s more than just The Treasury.
@@zainnnzy one of the most beautiful places i have ever seen. And walking through the canyon was awesome!

I used to love watching Indiana Jones when I was a child. I had absolutely no idea that this place actually existed. It is so stunningly gorgeous.
The music at 1:33 has always given me chills since as long as I can remember. It feels like you’ve rediscovered an abandon European knight hideout
Rest in peace sean connery
Welcome to jordan 😁👍😊😊😊🌺🌺🌺🌺

The most beautiful location on earth .
Yeah, a really great place!!
Petra looks cool - I am interested in the Greek/Roman influence. I'd love to learn more about this. I'm a lifelong learner. Thank you.
I was there 2 weeks ago, and I didn't know Indiana Jones was filmed there
My professor is from Jordan when I was in college. He never said which city he is from.
Show !
from 0:55, where is this place? What is this place?
It's the siq tunnel passage in Petra, Jordan, that leads directly to the Al-Khazneh temple
@@TheFilmingLocations Thank U.
This is the entrance into Petra, I think, it is called the Siq. Petra was an ancient city in Jordan.
