Lockdown celebration isn’t festive. Yet we need to remain positive just for the sake of this world.
Few sweets that I have uploaded here are prepared with what’s readily available in my kitchen. Hope you would try it out.

Pancake batter
All-purpose flour - 2 cups
Semolina - 4 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Warm water - 3 cup
Filling :
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Crushed nuts - 1/4 cup
Sugar syrup
Sugar - 2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1 2- tsp

Powdered biscuits - 1 cup
Phyllo sheets - 8
Melted butter - 1 cup
Sugar syrup
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick - small

Orange Basbousa :
Semolina - 2 cups
Sugar - 3/4 - 1 cup
Desiccated coconut - 3 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Soaked almonds - for garnish
Orange syrup:
Fresh orange juice - cup
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 - 1 cup
Orange blossom - 1 tbsp

Butter - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 cup
Semolina - 3 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Eggs - 3
Oil
Sugar syrup:
Sugar - 2 cups
